RequiredIf the Buildings and Roads (Erstwhile Composite/Building/Infrastructure) Category contractor doesnt have work experience for Specialised Works as per NIT then the said Buildings and Roads (Erstwhile Composite/Building/Infrastructure) Category contractor shall upload an undertaking as per Annexure-III, Page 37 of NIT (Undertaking Form Enclosed as Annexure-III, Page 37)
RequiredSelf attested copies of completion certificates/ Work experience i.e. SITC of Audio System, Video System, VRV/VRF System and Fire Alarm System
Requiredi) Completion certificate should be issued by the not below the rank of Executive Engineer or authorized signatory of the department, will have to be scanned and uploaded. Incomplete certificate shall be summarily rejected. The completion certificate must clearly indicate the following. (Originals shall also be produced for verification if required)
Requireda) The date of completion of work. b) Nature and value of the work. c) That the work has been completed satisfactorily. d) Actual work done amount of completion certificate of each specialized component separately i.e for SITC of SITC of Audio System, Video System, VRV/VRF System and Fire Alarm System
RequiredNote- If there are more than one specialized E and M Services in the completion certificate the amount of SITC of Audio System, Video System, VRV/VRF System and Fire Alarm System should be clearly mentioned in the completion certificate or any supporting document regarding to find out SITC of Audio System, Video System, VRV/VRF System and Fire Alarm System amount should be mentioned.
