Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring( light ,fan, socket or power) complete, fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc.removing materials to store for keeping in safe costudy or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditioned separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5sq mm PVC insulated S /C unsheathed 1100 v grade IS -694 stranded copper conductor FRLS cable drawing including and into PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia in wall PVC concealed Conduit including S/C 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor unsheathed 1100 v grade IS -694 FRLS cable for continuous earth wire connected to main earth dolly for one light point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per srl item 2 above but for one C/ fan/Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch regulator.

All as per item No 2 above but for one 3 pin 5 amps socket outlet on indipendent board with other switchs.

S&F in replacement single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole 230 volt MCB 20 amps.

Dismantling of unserviceable light fitting of any type and wattage from the buildings after disconnecting the electric supply and keeping in safe custidy for giving credit to the contractor all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Note :- MCB shall be measured and paid seperately.

Taking down carefully ceiling fans of any size for repair/service/rewinding/greasing and refixing in its original position after necessary repair/rewinding/servicing/greasing etc including connecting up with flexible twin core cable 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete and to ensure that ceiling fan should be fix in position in all respect all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M& L for minor repair/service and greasing of bearings, cleaning of dust on ceiling fans with blades and canopys and reconnecting the electrical conections and with regulators complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: All required Materials are deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

M & L for repair to Ceiling fan of of any size by replacing unserviceable ball bearing of suitable size including neccessary greasing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rewinding of ceiling fan of sweep 1200mm/1400 mm sweep of any make and model with super enameled copper winding wire of same size as per old winding wire and confirming to relevent IS including replacement of insulation material, varnishing, greasing and lubricating, ball baring, GM bushes and replacement of suitable capacity of condenser and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
