Wiring for lighting points/fan points/exhaust fan points/call bell points with 2x1.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated flexible stranded copper conductor wires in recessed or surface medium class PVC conduit, with 240V 6A modular switch ,modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable, etc. as required. (Havells/ Polycab/ Apar/ Anchor/ SSK or equivalent make) including the cost of conduit.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 15W/+ LED recessed/mounted (round or square) Down lighters having aluminum body, minimum 100lm/w, average life 50000 hours, Operating temperature -10°C to +45°C.Certification:- LM79 & LM80 test report should be from govt approved In-house NABL lab/ government of India.The job includes replacement warranty of fixture if damaged/ burnt out what so ever reason for a period of two years reckoned from the date of successful commissioning/ handing over of site to the intending department. (Havells/ Philips/ Crompton/ Jaguar/Wipro).

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan with 3 No. Aluminium blades, reqd. long down rod, 2nos. canopies,safety cable, shackle kit, Power Factor not less than 0.9, 45-54W, Air flow 7200-7500cfm, RPM>340, Service Value including safety pin, nut bolts, washers, temperature rise=75 degree C (max.), insulation resistance more than 2 mega ohm, suitable for 230 V, 50 Hz, and including iron hook complete job.The job includes replacement warranty of fixture if damaged/ burnt out what so ever reason for a period of two years reckoned from the date of successful commissioning/ handing over of site to the intending departm (USHA/Havells/Crompton/Phillips/bajaj) as directed by engineer incharge.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Comm. Of 200/250mm sweep exhaust fan Shutter type of havell /Bajaj/ Crompton/equivalent make as directed by engineer incharge,Air Flow capacity >850cmph, 35-50Watts,Noise level 44db, 1200 rpm,water resistant, including making of space in wall/ window as per site requirement and necessary connections.The job includes replacement warranty of fixture if damaged/burn out what so ever reason for a period of two years reckoned from the date of sucessful commissioning / handing over of site to the intending department.(To be got approved before installation from EIC)

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch connections etc. as required.( Anchor roma plus/Legrand Mylinc /SSK/Schneider Zencelo /Crabtree athena make).

Supplying and fixing of GI box along with modular base and cover plate for modular sockets, switches in recess etc as required 6 module (200mm x 75mm)

Supplying and fixing of 5pin 5-10A socket and 5-10A switch on existing modular plate, incl connections etc as required. (Havells/SSK/Anchor/ABB/Schneider)

Wiring for light/power plug points (15/16A heating points) with 2x4 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated flexible stranded copper conductor wires in recessed or surface medium class PVC conduit along with 1x4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for earthing, etc. as required including the cost of conduit.(Havells/ Polycab/ Anchor/ SSK or equivalent make)

Wiring for 5-10A socket out lets for computer with 2X2.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit, alongwith 1 No. 2.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for earthing etc. as required including the cost of conduit.(Havells/ Polycab/ Anchor/ SSK or equivalent make)

Supplying and fixing of indicators on existing modular plate and switch box , incl. connections, etc. as required. (Havells/ SSK/ Anchor/ ABB/Schneider or equivalent).
