Material and labour for epoxy flooring system (4 mm thick) the systems consist of necessary surface preparation such as cleaning dust free followed by supply and application of cipoxy-11 / equivalent (100 microns) with help of notch trowel, applying one coat of screed (cipoxy-17 primer + FQ sand / equivalent with help of hand driller and applying over the primer coat at an avg thickness of 1.8mm after getting dried grind the surface with paper grinding wheel, applying one coat of sealer of cipoxy-11 (11 mircons) / equivalent to remove dust from the screed if any and applying epoxy finish top coat floor top 1000 (1mm) as top coat with glossy and smooth finish as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for mechanical cleaning of surface to make it free from any bituminous residue / dirt, oil and grease etc all as directed by the GE (I) / Engineer-in-Charge. (b) M&L for cracks treatment by cutting open cracks and cleaning it from dirt, loose materials etc and filling with polyurethane based sealant with and including application of PU based primer all as directed by GE / Engineer-in-Charge. (c) M&L for applying water based polyurethane modified dispersion (single component cold applied, non toxic, VOC compound) in 03 coats including 01 coat of primer of same material after dilution of water at 50% or specific primer matching same material as per manufacturer specification and as directed by GE (I) / Engineer-in-Charge.

Properties of poly urethane based chemical shall confirm to following Technical Parameters: - (i) Highly elastic. (ii) UV resistance. (iii) Adhesion to concrete > 1N/Sqmm. (iv) Tensile strength not less than 2.0N/Sqmm for free film. (v) Elongation - not less than 300% (vi) Solid content by weight - not less than 60%. (vii) Air/water permeability BSEN 12390 at 5 bar-72 hours should be NIL and minimum dry film thickness of water proofing membrane must be 1.0mm. (viii) Accelerated weathering (ASTM 453): Pass 1000 hours. (ix) Reaction to fire - non inflammable.

Notes: - (i) To be applied by the Rep of manufacturers authorized applicator only. Contractor has to provide manufacturer’s test certificate for the above mentioned Technical parameters and purchase Vrs. (ii) Removal of existing treatment to be paid separately. (iii) Roof top to be ensured to avoid water ponding. (iv) For accessible terrace and inaccessible terrace, 300mm height of vertical surface / parapet wall to be treated with same specification of slab. Make: Bostic, Berger, Fosroc, Sika, Asian or any other make approved by E-in-C’s Branch for PU based water proofing treatment.

Cleaning of loose scales and corrosion deposits from exposed reinforcement with steel wire brush or any other mechanical means of exposed steel after removing loose / damaged concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of anti corrosive agent NITOZINC primer on exposed steel surfaces (new & old) making sure the surfaces are properly coated complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Epoxy resin concrete bonding agent NITOBOND EP on old exposed concrete surface for bonding new cementitious materials to existing cementitious surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pressure grouting 25mm thick including any temporary shuttering to edges with cement mortar 1:2 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pressure grouting 40mm thick including any temporary shuttering to edges with cement mortar 1:2 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and applying specialized acrylic elastomeric caulking compound treatment to cracks of walls at all heights and levels as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC ply, 18mm thick for use in kitchen cabinet, cabinet shutters and front of drawers duly fixed with solvent adhesive, shaped to receive glass / steel baskets fixed in position with and including provision of all necessary fixing arrangemens i.e., anchoring to walls with anchoring bolts of suitable length / screws as applicable, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sand filling below and sites of foundation as cushioning including polythene film complete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc, to be measured separately) removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit with modular switch, modular plate suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc, as required controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing wall mounted LED 20 watts, batten type fitting for surface and pendant application, 230 voltas with extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation and intregrated electronic driver with connector block etc complete with all accessories internally pre wired and necessary mounting arrangements with PVC block and connection from ceiling rose to fitting complete including dismantling the existing unserviceable fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing LED light fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DOSPOSAL Construction of RCC septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 design mix in wall, base slab, baffle walls and roof slab including beams etc with vent shaft, manhole opening with cover connection etc, complete with effective depth 1.5 mtr and overall depth 3 meter for 50 users complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of Soakage well excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonary with top ring of M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonry in CM, RCC cover slab in M-25/SFRC cover, interconnection pipes RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.80 mtr dia and 3.0 Mtr depth complete all as specified and directed.

COMPOUND WALL AND GATE Supply and fixing, stainless steel 3D letters using 304 SS grade of height not exceeding 30cm with necessary stud fixing in wall, SS mate, glossy, titatanium coated steel mirror finish complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Supply, erecting, testing & commissioning of transformer 1000 KVA capacity outdoor type, step down 11/0.433 KV, HT with 3 phase and LT with 3 phase, 4 wire system, 50 Hz, double wound copper with ON load tap changer with tapping range +10% to -10% in taps 1.25%, energy efficient level II, confirming to IS 1180 (Part-I 2014 amendment No. 04), oil immersed naturally cooled, standards IS-2026. Specification for distrubution transformers IEC 76 IS-1180. The windings of the transformers shall be connected Delta on the primary side and Y (Star) on the secondary side. The vector group shall be Dyn. II. The temperature rise over ambient shall not exceed the limits top oil temperature rise measured by thermometer : 35 °C, winding temperature rise measured by thermometer 40 °C.

(h) Bimetallic terminal connectors on the HV/LV bushings as per drawing enclosed - 07 Nos. (j) Thermometer pocket - 01 No. (k) Platform mounting channel - 02 Nos. (l) HT/LT bushings - 03 Nos. on HT & 04 Nos. on LT, (LT & HT bushings shall be provided with 3 brass nuts & 2 brass washers). (ii) Measurement of voltage ratio and check of voltage vector relation ship [IS 2026 (Part-I)]. (iii) Measurement of Impedance voltage / short circuit impendence and load loss [IS 2026 (Part-I)]. (iv) Measurement of No Load loss and current [IS 2026 (Part-I)]. (v) Measurement of Insulation resistance [IS 2026 (Part-I)]. (vi) Induced of over voltage with stand test [IS 2026 (Part-3)]. (vii) Separate source voltage withstand test [IS 2026 (Part-3)]. (viii) Impulse voltage test: [IS-2026 (Part-III)]. (ix) Temperature rise tests [IS 2026 (Part-II)]. (x) Short Circuit test [IS 2026 (Part-I)].

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of indoor type 11 KV HT Vacuum Circuit Breaker 800 Amps, 26.3kA for 3 sec STC panel comprising of VCBs incommer - 01 No and VCBs outgoing - 01 No complete alongwith metering, protection system Vacuum Circuit Breakers, draw out type single phase motor charged spring closing mechanism (230V AC), dust and vermin proof, fully interlocked, vertical isolation, indoor truck type with trip-free mechanism with mechanical ON/OFF indicators, earthing terminals, automatic safety shutters, insulated 3 pole copper busbar of adequate size, CT, PT, Numerical Relays, Metering, Indication, power and control wiring, interconnections, earthing truck, Power pack (suitable for 15-30 minute backup) conforming to IS/IEC 62271-200 & IS/IEC 62271-100 with latest amendments comprising of the following accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) Vacuum interrupter bottle, Vacuum Circuit breaker, Main Numerical Relay & HT Panel shall be of reputed make of VCB, VIB, numerical relay in whose name type test reports will be submitted. (ii) Vacuum circuit breaker and HT panel shall be of same make only. (iii) HT Panels to be manufactured, tested, dispatched from OEM factory in whose name type test reports shall be furnished. Panels manufactured by system integrators / franchise partners of OEM are not acceptable. (iv) Switchgear panel shall be type tested for internal arc AFLR 26.3kA for 1 sec for all 3 HT compartments i.e., Busbar, CB and cable compartments. Individual type test reports with results clearly mentioned shall be furnished alongwith make approval. (v) Panel construction shall be made up of Aluzinc material for higher strength and also to avoid effects of corrosion / rusting. CRCA sheet can be used for front doors and end cover only.

(vi) Vacuum Circuit breaker shall comply to Electrical Endurance-E2 class, Mechanical Operations - M2 class, Capacitive Switching duty - C2 class in conformance to IEC 62271-100. (vii) Provision shall be made for extentendable of bus bar section in the proposed VCB to meet any future requirements of respective substation, so that future VCBs can be added as a outgoing VCBs only and if any accessories required (common to switchboard) shall be supplied without any extra cost to the department. Make: ABB (Leangear ZN1) / Schneider (PIX) / Siemens (NX Air) / Lauritz & Knudsen formely (L&T).

Incommer VCBs: 11 KV, 800 A, 26.3 kA/3sec. Vacuum Circuit Breakers shall be horizontal electrical drawout type, metal clad floor mounting panel and of manually and motor operated spring charge; position limit switches with minimum 6 NO + 6NC breaker auxiliary contacts. Current transformer cast resin type 11 KV, CT ratio: 200-100/5/5A Core 1: Class 1.0 with 10 VA burden for metering, Core 2: Class 5P10 with 10VA burden for protection - 03 Nos and Potential transformer cast resin type 11kV/√3/110V/√3/110V/√3 Core 1: Class 1.0, Core 2: Class 3P, 50VA burden and HT fuse at the primary and MCB at the secondary of the PT - 03 Nos.

Note: Provision be made for extentendable of bus bar section in the proposed VCB to meet the any future requirements of respective substation so that future VCB can be added as a outgoing VCB only with the 4 line up panel as per IE rules. Additional accessories (common to switchboard) shall be supplied.

DG SET Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of silent Diesel Engine driven, generating set 415 volts, 250 KVA / 200 KW 3 phase 0.8 power factor 50Hz, 1500 RPM, Liquid Cooled, With all complete all connected acessories in all respects for commissioning of the DG set, with CPCBIV approved and latest MOEF guide line Accoustic enclosure IP 23, self excited self regulated brushless AC generator installed including accoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition at Hyderabad including AMF panel and confirming to condition under IS 4722/1460, BS 5514/2613/5000 ISO 8526/3046 with the following: -

Alternator - Standard design alternator, Power rating 250/200 KW, 3 Phase 4 wire, 415 Volts, 50 HZ, Power factor 0.8 (lagging) Current 348 Amps, net output at site after considering derating for per site conditions at 0.8 (lagging) power factor, 1500 RPM, Cooling Liquid cooled, Aspiration Turbo charged, air cooled self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with widing in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of +1% at rated voltage from no load to full load, A1 the alternator shall be conforming to BS 2613/5000 and shall be in position to generate supply with frequency regulation with in +1% tolerance. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to BS-2613/5000/IS-4722.

Diesel Engine: Minimum 268 BHP capacity, multi stroke, 06 Cylinder, TurboCharged Diesel Engine suitable for 250 KVA coupled with alternator and after considering derating as per site conditions after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories, directly coupled through flexible coupling, multi cylinder, multi stroke direct injection, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant ISI/BS-5514 with an overload capacity of 10% for one hour in 12 hours continous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessoires shall be as under: - Insulation class - 'H', Temperature rise class - 'H', Excitation - Self excited Regulation performance - The voltage is kept constant with + 1%, manual voltage adjustment with in + 5%, Frequency Regulation + 1% suitable size & suitable number of runs of UG copper cable (Control cable) from Alternator to AMF & RAW Power to AMF Panel is deemed to be include is quoted rate.

(i) Flywheel with housing (ii) Cooling System: Mounted radiator with fan and belts (iii) Cooling Water Pump: Centrifugal type belt driven (iv) Exhaust System: The minimum hight of the stack to be provided 3.5mtr more to adjacent building. (v) Starting System: Electric Self Starter with maintenance free batteries including battery charging alternative belt driven.

(vi) Batteries: 24 Volts DC electrical batteries of suitable AH rating, complete connected with copper cable PVC sheathed conductor multistranded leads of suitbale length from self starter to the battery terminals complete with initial charge and initial fill of electrolite all as specified and directed. (vii) Fuel tank of adequate capacity: As per OEM norms and specifications designed for above capacity of DG Set. (i) Turbo charger, pulse tuned exhaust manifold. (ii) Cooling System: Mounted radiator with fan and belts & guard, corrosion inhibitor coolent etc. (iii) Silencer: Residential type.

(iv) Exhaust System: Exhaust system complete with flexible stainless steel piping of suitable dia 3.5 mtrs above the adacent bldg as per OEM standard with necessary supports and proper insulation complete for safe exhaust without transforming vibration to the wall of the enclosure and proper insulation complete for safe exhaust without transforming vibration to the wall of the enclosure. (v) Starting System: Electric Self Starter with maintenance free batteries including battery charging alternative belt driven. (vi) Fuel injection system with fuel injectors, filters, houses, fuel injection solenoid switch and nozzels. (vii) Fuel tank of adequate capacity: As per OEM norms and specifications designed for above capacity of DG Set. (viii) Lub oil pump, filter and coller. (ix) Intake system: Air intake manifold with dry type air filters.

(x) Engine and alternator shall be mounted on common base frame with AVM pads. (xi) Mounted micro processor based control panel having standard features and display engine and electrical parameters. (xii) The engine supplied with first filling of oil of required quantity as recommended by OEM. (xiii) All deliverible shall be confirmed the norms established by CPCB. AMF Panel: Auto Main Failure (AMF) Panel out door type OEM make made out 3.15mm CRCA sheet weather proof powder coated conforming to IS 8623 & IP-54 totally enclosed dust and vermin proof with front and rear openings of 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire AC 50 HZ having aluminum bus bar of capacity required to carry current at 110% load of 250 KVA DG Set with three phase and half neutral colour coded pre-wired with copper flexible cable. AMF panel shall house adequate capacity contactors for smooth transfer of load between mains and DG set. Panel shall be operated with three modes of operation. 1. Auto, 2. Manual, 3. Test.

Contactor of suitable capacity 3 pole with required Nos. as per OEM, TP contactor for netural for both supplies Suitable capacity of MCCB, 4 Pole for both supplies. CTs 150/5A for both the supplies. Push buttons. Indication Lamps. 2 over load + earth leakage relay Multi functional digital meter for KWH, KVA, KW, Amps, Volts, frequency, power factor etc. SMPS Battery charge 12V, with trickle and boost charging. ON/OFF Switch. Automatic / Manual Switch, Hooter, Voltage sensing relay. Six window anunciator for fault indications. Acoustic Enclosure: Enclosure is free standing floor mounted factory built and modular in construction to facilitate easy assembly at work site and will be drop over housing type. It will consist of acoustically treated panel housed in sheet metal will provide easy access for maintenance, repairs and operation. The enclosure is custom to suit conditions with the following features: -

(i) Custom built product for various equipments, with ensure the optimum performance without duration. (ii) 16SWG (1.6mm) thick CRCA sheet to be used for enclosure panel to ensure longer life against weathing action. High quality acoustic insulation materials to be used as per IS 8183 for maximum sound absoption. Acoustic layers are supported by perforated sheets. (iii) Sheet metal component of the enclosure should undergo various stages of surface treatment prior to painting which leads to be better life of the enclosure against weathering action. (iv) Special paint treatment with pure polyster powder / epoxy to be provided for better weather resistance. (v) Well designed ventilation system to be provided to put out the heat from the chamber efficiently. (vi) For effective acoustic / weather sealing a special type weather sealing gaskets, new frame rubber gaskets to be used.

(vii) The DG set should be provided with the external emergency stop push button and fire alarm. (viii) A see through transparent window infront of engine panel to be provided for monitoring the parameters. (ix) Working space is to be provided around the equipment for easy maintenance / repairs.

(x) Necessary cut out provision for entry and exist of fuel lines cable to be incorported in the enclosure as per the requirement. (xi) See through transparent window (glass or acrylic) in front of engine panel to be provided for monitoring the operation. (xii) Ducting if required, bellows, mechanical hardware like locks, hinge, fasters etc to be provided. (xiii) Deliverables 75DB @ 1 meter at 75% load under free field conditions. The temp inside the enclosure will be with in limit and as per manufacturers recommendations above ambient temp. (xiv) The enclsoure should be provided with bulk head light fitting for inside illumination. exhaust pipe along with proper aluminium cladding shall be laid to a height of above the roof level. The rates for the same are to be included in the quoted rates. (xv) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure inside the DG Set on a suitable insulated platform.

(xvi) Fuel gauge to be provided with the neck of fuel tank. (xvii) Tools as per manufacturers with the box. (xviii) Invents of suitable company be manufacture. (xix) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. (e) Civil Work: All civil works including RCC / PCC platform 1:3:6 type C2 and related to foundations including of panel and equipments including of panel and equipments including making good and existing structure of disturbed during installation and commissioning of Gen Set, the depth of the foundation shall be minimum 300mm with anti vibration pads or as recommended by the manufacturer. The foundation drawing for DG set shall got be approved by Engineer-in-Charge before laying of foundation. The contractor has to obtain approval for RCC / PCC foundation for the DG set with the manufactures, rates shall be quoted accordingly with written certificate from the manufacturers for the same.

(a) The Emission limits of DG sets upto 800KW / 1000 KVA shall be incorporated as per the latest CPCB norms as published by the Gazette of India New Delhi dated 03 Nov 2022 vide S No. 716 Extraordinary Part-II Section 3 - Sub Section (i) and emission limits shall come into force from 01 Jul 2023. (b) The emission limits shall be tested through one of the five CPCB approved / recognized labs as mentioned below: - (i) Automatic Research Association of India, Pune (Maharashtra).

(ii) International Centre for Automative Technology, Manesar (Haryana). (iii) Indian Oil Corporation, Research and Development Centre, Faridabad (Haryana). (iv) Indian Institute of Petroleum, Dehradun (Uttarakhand). (v) Vehicle Research Development Establishment, Ahmednagar (Maharashtra). (c) The cost of incorporation of Emission Standards and testing is included in rate quoted by the contractor. (d) DG set manufactured prior to 01 Jul 2023 shall not be allowed / acceptable.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 300 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
