REPAIR TO ROAD IN THE AREA OF AGE BR II UNDER GE WEST JALANDHAR CANTT

M&L for preparing of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat of paving bitumen VG -10 at the rate of 5 Kgs per 10 square metre of existing road surface and providing laying bituminous pre-mix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content paving bitumen VG 30 mixed in hot mix plant, laid, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in road path etc cutting around edges, at least 25mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder using paving bitumen @ 9.8 Kg Per Ten Sqm blinded with 0.09 cum stone chipping 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) depth of pot hole exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) applying evenly a priming/tack coat of paving bitumen VG -10 at any penetration @ 4% by weight of total mix complete rolling to uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing and marking broken centre line /side lines /Zebra lines on road pavement and the like of any description and width with thermoplasitc paint hot applied with machine conforimng to BS-3262 and according to the specification laid down by IRC & MOST (Ministry of Surface Transport) specification 2001(4th revision) complete all as specified.

S&F in repair cat eye high density reflective lens ABS plastic body white coloured 90 x 100x 17 mm fixed with nails and adhesive including taking down old road studs in any type.

S&F in repair DUAL-DIRECTIONAL delineator made out of 16 guage MS Rectangular pipe of size 25 x 68 mm and of length 600 mm. Pipe stove enamelled and baked to 120 degree C/Powder coated. Head made out of ABS Plastic rectangular moulded with flat face provided with High Intensity Prismatic Reflectors of colour (white/yellow/red) of size 100 x 125 mm (total height 750 mm) with additional 2 reflective strips of 25 mm wide on both sides, fixing complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repair plastic speed breaker for roads at various locations of size 350x250x75 mm complete as per specification and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width and applying one coats of weather coat exterior emulsion paint of first quality of any colour, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Convex mirror 600mm dia unbreakable polycarbonate with plastic moulded back up frame having provn of mounting in SS pipe light grade 3' dia & 2m longpipe with necessary hold fast ,clamps including arrangment for fixing in ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair informatory board of size 0.90x0.60 made out of aluminium sheet 2mm thick with frame of stainless steel rectanguar pipes 25x15mm and outer border of stainless pipe 35mm dia and each side with marking of both sides with retro reflective high intensity sheet 400 micron thick blue/Green/Red colour and pasted with heating process . The letters shall be 75mm to 100mm high of white colour cutto shape with special plotter and in proper manner. The board shall be fixed wih 02 Nos stainess steel pipes of dia 75mm of 304 graded glossy finish with MS plate 3mm thick welded at bottom of pipes and board shall be fixed at hight of 2.50 m (Top level of board) above GL and embedded and grouted in ground in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 including(size 0.45mx0.45mx0.50m) necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified.
