Authorization by partners to be uploaded. In case of partnership firm: Submit copy of the Partnership Deed along with amendment, if any and with certificate of Registration issued by the Registrar of Firms (if the firm is registered). In case of LLP, copy of Registration certificate to be submitted. • Tender by a proprietorship firm to be signed by the proprietor. Affidavit to be uploaded In case of proprietorship firm: Submit copy of affidavit showing Name of Proprietor, Address of Business, name of Firm, nature of business, PAN, GST Number.
