Description of items and specification of work to be excuted.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : area 3 sq. metres and below

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. ( Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix)

Removal/taking out old/damaged/broken stone slab of store room very carefully and stacking at stacking within 50 metres lead.

Demolishing rubble stone masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) in foundation including ramming compacting and curing etc complete.

Random rubble masonry with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level etc complete.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Random rubble masonry with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level,including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level etc complete.

20mm thick Plaster on internal surface on brick walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including racking of joint, curing etc complete fine finish.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m etc complete.

Dry stone pitching / soling 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface etc complete.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in beams, suspended floors, roofs chajjas, lintels, bands, plain above plinth level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement etc comlpete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars

Centering and shuttering with 12 mm thick shuttering plywood confirming to IS 4990:2011 and removal of form at all heights. Plywood will be supported on lock bars. Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

Providing and fixing vitrified floor tiles in different size with water absorption less than 0.08% of approved make in all colour and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 C. Sand ) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.30kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc complete.Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

25mm thick Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) etc.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75 mm deep chase

Providing and fixing MS gate with bat proof mesh in the frame of ISA 50x50x6 mm and panel of ISA 40x40x5 mm with vertical 16mm square bar at a distance 100mm c/c and horizontal flat 40 x 5 mm with MS mesh of size 15x15x2mm and mosquito mesh including cutting welding etc complete as per drawing attached. (Gate size 1.20 x 2.10 mtr)

Providing and fixing MS window with mosquito mesh in the frame of ISA 50x50x6 mm with vertical 16mm square bar at a distance 100mm c/c and in horizontal 200mm c/c including cutting welding etc complete as per drawing attached. (Window size 1.20 x 1.20 mtr)

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand on M.S. grill fencing and MS gate including a coat of primer with scraping of sand paper etc complete.

Supply of 900mm dia and 250mm height pre caste cement concrete rings for soak pit and fixing in pit with joints in cement sand mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) complete in all respect

Providing and fixing double paitam stone doors frame/Chowkhat of approved quality in cement sand mortar 1:4 size 100 x 75mm.

Providing and fixing 30mm thick factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge.
