Providing and supply of following labourers as and when required for attending miscellaneous day today works such as cleaning of toilets, maintenance of gardens, pouring of water replacing the plants, providing of manure up rooting the bushes in the entire complex, dumping with a lead of 100 mtr uprooted bushes of the entire building complex, attending minor plastering works, carpentry works & plumbing work as directed by the EIC including cost of labour charges, minor tools, GST, LWC etc, complete.

Painting two coats of Ist quality exterior emulsion antifungal paint of approved brand and manufacturer heavily under coated texture of old surface to give an even shade including cost of paint, cost of brush, sand paper, scaffolding arrangements, scrapping of existing paint surface wherever required, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, LWC, GST, minor tools etc, complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality Vitreous Floor tiles (300 x 300 mm, thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement, 3 mainland river sand) including pointing the joint with white cement and matching pigment, including cost of cement, grey/ white cement transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges minor tools, LWC, GST, etc, complete.

Providing and fixing white vitreous chine pedestal type water closet (European type WC pan) with seat and lid, 10 Litr low level with flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors, GST & LWC etc., complete.

Removing the existing damaged IWC & providing with new earthen ware WC pan 58 cm size with 'P' or 'S' trap and pair of white glazed foot rest including providing suitable footing in CC 1:5:10 and plastering with cm 1:3 for 2 cm including cost of cement, sand, GST, LWC etc, complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door, weight up to 35 Kg and door width up to 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws, including cost of all materials, all labour charges, transportation charges, minor tools, LWC, GST etc, complete.

Providing and laying 12.50 liter capacity flushing cistern including cost of flushing cistern, fixing in position, cost of transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges, minor tools, GST, LWC etc, complete.

Removal and disposal of night soil from inspection chamber, cleaning the blockage in pipes including removal of night soil, soaked earth from surrounding area of the inspection chamber, cost of all labour charges and minor tools, GST, LWC, etc, complete.

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality over doors and windows, including cost of paint brush, scaffolding arrangements, transportation charges of all materials to worksite all labour charges, GST, LWC, etc, complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed paint on Steel surface of approved brand and manufacturer in all shades to give an even shade by cleaning the surface in good manner (Steel work two coats) incluidng cost of all labour charges, minor tools, scaffolding charges, GST, LWC etc, complete.

Cleaning of RCC sump (water storage tanks) with latest technology by mechanized dewatering, sludge removal, vacuum, cleaning including high pressure cleaning system and providing anti bacterial spray and UV treatment including all labour charges, all materials, all equipment/ machineries and its transportation, GST,LWC, etc, complete.

Providing and laying of CPVC pipes of various size with fittings of ISI mark, including cost of pipe cost of all labour charges, transportation charge sof all materials, LWC, GST and cost of minor tools, etc, complete.

Melamine polishing on wood work, make surface with grinding machine till the wood with natural colour and smoothening the surface with sand paper of different sizes, applying one coat filler and rubbing with water paper, after drying filler for 6 to 8 hours applying two coats sealer and rubbing with water paper, applying two coat of Melamine /Glossy finish including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, LWC & GST etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 20 cm thick masonary with Hollow Block of size 0.40 x 0.20 x 0.20 Mtrs. Cast with 1:3:6 cement concrete (1 cement, three crushed stone sand & six graded 20 mm and down size) including curing, fixing with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement, 4 crushed sand) in walls, again curing, including cost of cement, hire charges of hollow block machine, making charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, cost of pallets scaffolding charges, minor tools, GST, LWC, etc, complete.

Providing and fixing Multipurpose lock ( Padlock) with necessary screws including cost of all labour charges, transportation charges, minor tools, GST, LWC, etc, complete.

Providing and fixing powder coated telescopic drawer channels 300 mm long with necessary screws etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in- charge inclduing cost of all labour, minor tools, LWC & GST etc., complete..

Providing and fixing of following GI fittings of various size of ISI mark, including cost of all materials cost of all labour charges,transportation charges of all materials to worksite and minor tools, GST, LWC, etc, complete.

Providing and fixing hand shower including cost of hand shower all labour charges, transportation charges, LWC & GST etc complete as directed by the Engineer-In-charge .

Providing and fixing pannelling with hard wood planks for shutter doors, windows and clestory windows (Area of opening for pennel inserts excluding portions inside grooves or rebates tobe measured) including cost of timber, transportation charge to work site, all labour charges minor tools, GST, LWC, etc, complete. Pannelled or pannelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick.
