CONSTRUCTION OF CYLINDER ROOMS TO ACCOMMODATE FIRE SUPPRESSION/ EXTINGUISHING FLOODING SYSTEM AT PIPELINE INSTALLATIONS UNDER KAILARAS REGION

Surface area excavation of the ground including area dressing/ filling not exceeding 30cm (maximum) deep with required slope for proper rain water drainage, removingvegetation, inequalities, roots and disposal of rubbish within GAIL premises includingall leads & lifts. Earth/ disposed soil to be neatly leveled & dressed within GAILpremises or as per instruction of EIC. All kinds of soil including soft rock and slushysoil

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m inwidth or 10Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil withinGAIL premises or as directed by EIC, including all leads & lifts. Earth/ disposed soil tobe leveled & neatly dressed.All kind of soil including soft rock and slushy soil(including pumpimg out the water, if needed).

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides offoundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each depositedlayer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the costof centering and shuttering - All work in sub/ super structures including coping if any.:1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mmnominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the costof centering and shuttering - All work in sub/ super structures including coping if any: "1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominalsize).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the costof centering and shuttering - All work in sub/ super structures including coping if any.: 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominalsize)

Reinforced cement concrete work in foundations, footings, bases of columns, walls(any thickness), columns, pillars, beams,suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15degree, landing, balconies, shelves, chajjas,lintels, beams, plain window, sills, staircasesand spiral stair cases etc. excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing andreinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mmnominal size). All work in sub/super structures upto floor five level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for:Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever, foundations,footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete etc., suspended floors, roofs,landings, balconies, and access platform, walls (any thickness including attachedpilasters, columns and pillars etc.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing, inposition and binding all complete.Mild steel and medium tensile steel bars, Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.All complete job upto plinth andabove plinth level.

Brick work with bricks of class designation 7.5 below and above plinth in:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
