REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF LT PANEL FEEDER PILLAR AND CONNECTED WORKS AT ZONE 2 UNDER GE (U) BATHINDA..

Checking, testing ,Taking out all the LT cables by cutting old rusted nuts,bolts etc, refreshing all the cables (one incomming and 4 to 8 out going) by providing new lugs, MS nuts, bolts & washers and including required excavation work, returning filling, removal and making good, welding of panels hinges including making proper locking arrangement of LT panel front and rear doors and proper opening and closing, painting of LT Panels with smoke gray paint over a paint of redoxide primer ,marking incoming & out going feeder to particular block/ Bldg Nos with white paint etc. complete all as directed by engineer -in -charge. Note: Excavation and earth work for taking out cable loop will be included in the qouted rate of the this item.

Taking down old unserviceable LT panel/ LT feeder pillar of any discription and size including demolishing the PCC foundation and all accessories complete all as directed by engineer -in -charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB, 3 phase, 4 pole, 415 volt of capacity 630 Amp, short circuit, shunt trip coil with contactor, breaking capacity not less than 36 KA , thermal setting 80-100%, Ics-100% Icu confirming to IEC-947, IS-13947 type OH, including thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers etc disconnecting and making incoming, outgoing connections complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

All as per serial item No. 03 above but for MCCB , 3 phase, 4 pole, 415 volt of capacity 400 Amp, breaking capacity not less than 36 KA.

All as per serial item No. 03 above but for MCCB, 3 phase, 4 pole, 415 volt of capacity 250 Amp, breaking capacity not less than 25 KA.

All as per serial item No. 03 above but for MCCB, 3 phase, 4 pole, 415 volt of capacity 200 Amp, breaking capacity not less than 25 KA.

All as per serial item No. 03 above but for MCCB, 3 phase, 4 pole, 415 volt of capacity 160 Amp, breaking capacity not less than 25 KA.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCB TPN suitable for 415 volts AC supply, 63 Amps, Four Pole 'C' series with over load and short circuit protection and rupturing capacity not less than 9/10 KA complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Preparation of the old painted surfaces of feeder piller box / panel of any size any description and in any position including removal of faded & deteriorated paint either by hand scrubbing or by blow lamps , applying necessary filler coat and scrapping as required and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (grey in colour) with using spray machine over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Repair to LT panel board body by replacing with new MS sheet of existing gauge size and shape including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Existing shade colour ) with using spray machine over a coat of redoxide primer for door shutter / body of feeder piller, including replacement of broken hinges with new hinges complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- (i). The cost of two coats of synthetic enamel paint and one coat of primer are included in the quoted rate of this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (ii). For payment purpose weight of MS sheet will be consider for payment Contractor shall not be claimed extra on this account. (iii). The cost of new hinges/Locking Macanisim in lieu of old broken hinges is also included in the quoted rate of this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Supply and fixing in replacement to any other existing panel, Aluminium bus bar suitable Amp capacity in existing LT Panel / feeder pillar etc including provision of insulation tape RYB in colour and holes, nuts bolt & mounting insulator of bus bar complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement to any other existing panel, of indicator lamp in different colour code LED / Neon type (as per sample) complete (RYB) including wiring with copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement to any other existing panel, of Digital voltmeter of range 0-500 V with setting of phase to phase checking of voltage complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement to any other existing panel, of Digital Ammeter with CT's burdon 800A/5mA of range of scale 0-800A with setting of phase wise checking of current complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement to any other existing panel, of Digital Ammeter with CT's burdon 400A/5mA of range of scale 0-400A with setting of phase wise checking of current complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing LT feeder pillar box cubical type of size 60x40x30 cm, 415 volts for outdoor use made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick powder coated ,machine pressed front opening with single door with provision of rubber beading and locking system including aluminium bus bar 4 strip of size 30 mm wide and 6 mm thick with provision of hole on bus bar fixing of cable mounted on PVC / epoxy insulators, mounted on angle legs of size 25x25x5 mm frame and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer ,legs grouted in PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including all provision of opening for incomming/outgoing cables and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in Charge. Note for serial item No. 18 to 21: The make of CRCA sheet shall be of TATA / SAIL/ RINL/ JINDAL. Purchase Vr to be produced at the time of payment.

Opening /disconnecting the electrical connection of defective/burnt out underground LT cable of any size 2 to 4 core from main switch/DB/junction box / LT panel/ L T O/H line etc. Taking out the required length of cable from existing loop, cutting the defective portion of cable ,providing required thimbles/connectors at cable end and reconnecting the cable in previous location with existing main switch/DB/Junction box/LT panel/O/H line complete all as directed. Note:- (I) the cost of required excavation, returning filling, relaying sand cushioning /brick protection and cost of drawing the required length from protection pipe, breaking of required brick work/plaster/concrete and redoing the same with required cement work to match the existing surface is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of thi item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) Additional cable/ protection pipe required at site shall be measured and paid seperatly.

S&F in repairs galvanized steel tubing light grade 50 mm dia fixed on wall / pole fixed with including clamps complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs galvanized steel tubing light grade 80 mm dia fixed on wall / pole fixed with including clamps complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Danger notice plate of size 20cm x 15cm , LT, 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement straight through joints (epoxy) for LT underground cable including joint kits suitable for aluminium conductor cables 3.5 core 16 to 50 Sqmm complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement straight through joints (epoxy) for LT underground cable including joint kits suitable for aluminium conductor cables 3.5 core 70 to 120 Sqmm.

Supply and fix in replacement straight through joints (epoxy) for LT underground cable including joint kits suitable for aluminium conductor cables 3.5 core 150 to 400 Sqmm.

Taking out of Air circuit breaker 4 Pole 630 Amps to 1600 Amps, 415 Volt of breaking capacity not less than 50 KA to 65 KA with electronic/thermal/micro processor based release ,Manual drawout/Mechinical drawnout/ fixed ,Any-Type/cleaning, servicing & maint of any type ACB including replacement of worn out patrs and making fully smooth functioning upto to desire level, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - All the required spare parts will be included in the quoted rate of this item.

Demolition of old earth pit and Material and Labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI strip 32 mm X 6 mm by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm GI light grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh,RCC cover & frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.
