M &L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.Note :- i) Earthing test must be carried out in presence of Engr-in-Charge. ii) The earthing result not more than 2 Ohms or disered earth resistance value. iii) Megger required for testing will be be provided at site by the contractor. iv) Contractor shall submit earth resistance testing report before submission of bill.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc.removing materials to store for keeping in safecustody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium sub main wiring of size 2.5/4/6 sqmm from surface/concealed at any height and removing the materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls,floors roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old/unserviceable MCB DB SPN/TPN any capacity by disconnection of electric connection including MCBs,Isolators,etc and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 109 here-in-before but point wiring with 2.5 sqmm for 15 Amp socket out let & provision of earth wire 2.5 sqmm connected to common eart dolly.

Supply and Fix modular switch one way 6 Amp 240 volts one module complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and Fix modular switch one way 16 Amp 240 volts one module complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and Fix socket modular one way 6 amp 240 volts two module complete all as specified and directed at site.

S&F electronic regulator step type 230 Volts single phase 120 watt complete all as specified and directed at site.

Note:- (i) all three wire(Phase red colour,neutral black colour and earth wire green colour) should be run through for each individual circuit from the DBs (ii) painting over surface conduit to be done to match with walls/ceiling existing surfaces. (iii) Two run of wire (phase & neutral) and one run of wire (earth conductor) be measured as one length)

Supply and fix MCB DB SPN 8 way double door with metal door suitable for housing of MCBs grouting/flush in wall and making good to disturbed surfaces incl fixing material/accessories complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fix MCCB DB TPN 4 way with metal door suitable for Provision of incommer as MCCB and out going MCBs grouting/flush in wall and making good to disturbed surfaces incl fixing material/accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB 63 Amp 415 volts 16kA 4 pole complete all as specified and directed at site.

S & F in replacement of 240V, 10KA MCB SPN 40 Amps "C" Series fixing in DBs, connecting with bottle type copper thimbles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement of isolator DP 63 Amps 'C' Series fixing in DBs, connecting with bottel type copper thimbles complete all as specified and directed.
