Part:A Horticulture development (period 6 months)

Providing & fixing artificial green wall with "VIRGIN" Polyethelene sheet frames of 50cm length, 50cm breadth & 60mm thick, by fixing different varieties of artificial flowers & decorative leaves all including cost of material, transporation, fixing charges, labour etc, all complete as per & as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Making lawns, including supplying, stacking, and planting of ground cover of St. Augustine with cleaning of the site, uprooting & removing all wild vegetation, roots, boulders, stone pieces, debris etc and disposing the surplus waste / debris at various locations, including trenching 150mm, mixing well drained soil and farm manure in 1:1 proportion, (excluding cost of red garden soil & manure), fine dressing of the surface, consolidation, watering, planting of the ground covers including all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper cleaning of site , uprooting & removing all vegetation, roots boulders stone pieces, debris & disposing the surplus waste at specified locations inside Anushakti nagar and levelling the surface with wooden compactor like dhumas etc light watering with sprinkler all complete & as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and planting following trees & different sizes Topiaryes including digging of pits of size 750 mm x 750 mm x 750 mm filling pits with well mixed mixture of approved quality red soil and farm yard manure in 1:1 proportion, (excluding cost of red garden soil & manure) consolidation, watering, planting the well grown and healthy shrub sapling of height as specified below, profuse watering after planting saplings and disposing of grass/surplus earth at specified locations inside Anushakti Nagar etc complete all as directed by the Engineer - in-charge. Note: 1. Casuality of planted trees & topiary, if any, shall be replaced by the contractor at no extra cost to the department. 2. Penalty recovery for casualities shall be made @ of double the quoted rate if not replaced immediately.

Providing & spreading of well drained red soil free from stones, pebbles etc at site as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge & as per specifications (Quantity will be taken as per truck body measurement filled with red soil without deduction of any voids).

Providing & spreading of well decomposed, dry farm yard manure free from soil & undecomposed grass etc. at site as directed by the Engineer-in -charge and as per specifications. (Measurements will be as per truck body dimensions without any deduction of voids.)

PART-B Maintenance of Lawn/trees/Shrubs (Period 12 months)

Maintenance of Lawn/ground,new planted trees, shrubs& hedges etc, (Area 2000 Sq.m X 12 Months) watering the lawns, plants twice a week, mowing lawns fortnighty, weeding shruberries , top dressing of manure & soil , preparation of basins around new planted trees & making it smooth, prunning of existing trees/shrubs overgrown branches whenever required, keeping the area in clean condition, rodents & crabs by baiting as & when required by taking necessary precautions, including cost of disposing of garden waste specified locations inside AnushaktiNagar etc. Compleate all as per specifications & as directed by EIC. NOTE:- Actual area of lawn maintained will be measured in Sq.m Pucca drain, manhole chembers & any other structure within garden area will not be considered for measurement/payment.
