The middle layer made out of woolen non woven fabric. 6.In outer side of jacket four front pocket i.e. two chest pocket size -5 inch x 6 inch (width and height) having brass button & lower pocket size: 6 inch x 7.5 inch (width and height) with flap having brass button.7.The cuff should have a facility for opening with have a brass button.8.The front zip made out of brass having a flap with 4 buttons to cover the full zip. 9.Having the Cord facility in cap to tie at the chick. 10. Two nos of shoulder flap having 2 inch width. 11.Total mass of the Winter Jacket is of 1500 Gms (+ 5%). Specification as per Annexure.

Special Eligibility Criteria

   Railway reserves the right to procure the material from proven sources with satisfactory past performance for the tendered item or similar item (similar means any type of Jacket ) for 20% and above of tendered quantity against a single order in at least one of the last three completed Financial years and up to the tender opening date to any Zonal Railways/ Central/State Govt Organizations/PSUs/Public Listed Companies will only be eligible for full/bulk order.
