(Height). • SAFE AREA:- 2.8 x 1.4Mtr. • Leg Press equipment made from “C” Class G.I. pipe of different NB. NB stands for Nominal Bore Sizes i.e. Internal Diameter of pipe in millimeters • The center pipe is of 100mm NB made from “C” Class G.I. pipe. • The Sleeve frame is of 100 OD and of M.S. Seamless Pipe with thickness 5mm. This sleeve can be disassembled from main frame. • The bottom support of M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. • The remaining outer frame is of 32NB made from “C” class G.I. pipe. • The foundation used for fixing is structure and made from center pipe of G.I. of 80mm . NB “C” class welded with M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. Main pipe . supported with 25 mm X 25mm M.S. angle of 3 mm thickness and 20mm x 40mm CRC . square pipe of 3mm thickness. • Seat & Back rest provided are made up of MS deep draw quantity of 2mm thickness with no joint with uniform outer edge radius 20mm. • The footrests are made from casted Aluminum material, having sizes 130mm X 310mm X 5mm thick. With the support of 310mm X 130mm X 3mm thick MS plate. • The frame of footrests made up of 25 NB “C” class G.I. pipe. • Closing Caps are made up of high quality Fiber reinforced Plastic material. • To build structure bushes are used which are made from M.S. seamless pipe of 50mm O.D. and 5mm thickness. • The pins used are made up of Ø25 mm SAE 8620 bright material. • The bearings used are of “6205zz” permanent lubricated sealed bearing of reputed Brand. • High tensile steel with galvanized nut bolts are used for assembly. • The cerclips used for assembly are of A24 mm. • The powder coating done with Pure Polyester powder of Ackzonoble or Berger with 60 to 70 micron thickness.

Standarad See- Saw Roto Seat :- Rotation molded seats of thickness 60mm are used in these see-saw, it has been provided with bolts to fix it too see-saw frame which has a plates of 200x150x5 welded on to the frame. Handle has been provided on the frame made up of 20 NB pipe and also conforming to EN standards. Frame :- Frame of standard see - saw is designed using 15 NB 20NB & 25 NB G.I. pipe and it has been given radius by suitable bending techniques. Plates has been welded at places were seat has to be installed so that seats can be fixed to the frame with suitable bolting arrangment. Standard see saw clamp is used in FRP see saw so as to provide required motion for the see saw. Tyre :- Tyre is used in FRP see saw to avoid breakage of the FRP cover while it is coming down with certain force while in use. Foundation Angle 25x25x5 Pipe 50 NB hot dip Galvanized pipe.

The stand is made in 80 NB GI pipe. The Whole structure is mounted on heavy duty bearing shaft. The bearing used is of heavy duty bearing permanentaly lubricated with water sealant. The seat frame is made in 20 NB GI pipes. The seats attached area made out of molded plastic type in rotational molding process in LLDP the seats have handrails so that the child does not fall. it accommodates 4 children at a time.
