Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, cable trenches etc, not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm in soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and spreading in trenches dry clean crushed stone sand for cable cushioning and gently punning down in layers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Thickness of sand cushioning shall be measured after punning and consolidating of dry clean crushed stone.
