   Tenderers with satisfactory past performance for the tendered or equivalent item to any of the Zonal Railway/PUs/PSUs/Other Govt. Organizations etc. shall only be eligible for full/bulk order. Tenderers are instructed to upload Receipt Note, Receipted Challan, Inspection Certificate or any other receipt document along with bid as a proof of supply document failing which their offer will not be considered. Purchase Order is not considered as past performance. No back reference shall be made in this regard and Railway decision will be final.
