Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards ( fibre, pulp, insulation etc or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets any thickness including cover filletts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F asbestos cement building cement building board 4mm thick size 595x595mm with decorative finish fixed to GI powder coated snap grid frame work with screw in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI powder coated snap grid frame work for false ceiling of approved (ISI marked) make fixed to galvanised iron steel angle grid 600x600mm size suspended system fixed to GI framed work with main runner (32x24x6.5)mm cross tee (27x24x2.5)mm and moulding (19x19)mm of approved make and section as specified in SSR Part II with suitable hook/fasteners and GI/aluminium suspenders not less than 4mm dia upto 1200mm length @ 1.00m C/C minimum. ceiling system is to be fixed in water level without any sag including ceiling cleats made out of GI flat iron 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fastner 12.5 mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles joint free of size 350x250 x 7 /450x350x7mm (Ist quality/Premium quality), in vertical surfaces such as riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar, over and including rendering 10mm thick plastering as bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles (1st quality/ premium quality) 7 to 8mm thick, (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0 .11 Sqm but not exc 0.18Sqm as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured or white cement to match the colour of tiles as in floor over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick Vitrified ceramic tiles, dark shade double charged (square/recangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 Sqm but not exceeding 0.42 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick Vitrified ceramic tiles, dark shade double charged (square/recangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.42 Sqm but not exceeding 0.85sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.
