SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROAD AT MUSI FIRING RANGE UNDER 47 INF BDE UNDER GE GOLCONDA

M&L 100 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM), grading as per table 400-13 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 and including scarifyng or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exc. 400 Sqm and depth exc. 50 mm and not exc. 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, and including applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WMM / WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L consolidated thickness 75 mm or less, premixed bituminous macadam laid, spread using mechanical paver with 4% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen binder of grade VG-30 grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using power roller of capacity exc. 8 tonne but not exc. 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

M&L bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 penetration by weight of total mix laid using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using power roller of capacity exc. 8 tonne but not exc. 12 tonne and including preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bag to remove loose dirts and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bitumen primer at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen over existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), and including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required and including demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L moorum / red bajri filling in berm or pavings, laid in layers n.exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed and including watering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F road stud (cat eye) two way reflective of size 100 x 100 x 25 mm (min size) and max size according to manufacturer made with ABS material, scratch and abrasion resistant, micro plastic, temperature resistant body fixed on bituminous / concrete surfaces as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L average 2.50 mm thick thermoplastic road marking paint (white and yellow) in centre line / edge line / zebra crossings etc, and including providing drop on glass beads @ 0.25 Kg/ Sqm and including preparation of surfaces as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas n. exc.1.5 m deep and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl. Item No. 9 above but exc. 1.5 m and not exc. 3.0 m deep.
