Re-painting of exhaust system and cooling tower of 2 Nos. 1500KVA DG-Sets with associated works at 33KV sub-station in IITG Campus

Painting of 1500KVA DG -Set exhaust system with one coat of Epoxy Zinc Phosphate primer and two coat of Heat resistant synthetic medium based two packs Aluminum paint suitable up to 400 Deg. C dry temp, over coating interval minimum 24Hrs, Temperature Resistance minimum 250 Deg. C and Colour Silver grey including de-rusting, labourers etc. as required. (The work shall be carried out by providing all materials, safety equipment & scaffolding).

Repairing and painting of acoustic enclosure doors, cooling towers with all connected pipes for 2nos 1500KVA DG-Sets with two coats of red oxide primer and two coats of enamel paint including de-rusting by proper rubbing with emery paper, good quality of painting materials labourers, arrangement of Scaffolding, etc. as required. The cooling tower foundation shall be repaired and painted with two coats of weather proof paint.

Supply and installation of 2HP, 27inch, 1415RPM, 3PH AC axial exhaust fan. (Make-CG/Orient)

Supply and installation of indicator LED lamp for control panel board of colour Red, Yellow, Green, Blue, White, as required of approved makes.

Supply and installation of 150watt LED Flood Light. (Make-CG/Philips/Havells)

Supply of 2.5sq.mm 3C cu flexible cable. (Make-KEI/Finolex/Havells)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut, bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

b). Double pole

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.
