SUPPLY OF DISINFECTANTS, UZI PHEROMONE TRAP AND SLAKED LIME FOR THE YEAR 2025-26

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment (s) similar to the type specified in the ‘Schedule of Requirements’ up to at least xxxx % of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after xxxxx and be in satisfactory operation for xxxxx months as on date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer , has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least xxxxx % of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least xxxxx months on the date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership.

Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past three/five years2 and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments.

A detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods.

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

Item-by-item commentary on the Purchaser's Technical Specifications demonstrating substantial responsiveness of the goods and services to those specifications or a statement of deviations and exceptions to the provisions of the Technical Specifications.

Experience as mentionde in qualification criteria od tender document

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the product/s (s) similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements upto at least 80 percentge (40percentge in case of Karnataka based MSE Manufacturers ) of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 (2 years 2023-24 and 2024-25 in case of Karnataka based MSE Manufacturers). The tenderer should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance for both (a) and (b) above, in proforma under Section XIV-CAPABILITY STATEMENT PARA 4.

The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be as indicated under SECTION V: SCHEDULE OF REQUIREMENTS (usually not less than the estimated cost of the quantity in the Tender document it will be 50% of the estimated cost of the quantity with respect to Micro & Small enterprises) during the last 3 preceding financial years 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24(last 2 preceding financial years 2022-23 and 2023-24 with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises. The tenderer should furnish the information on Financial Turnover in proforma under Section XIV-CAPABILITY STATEMENT PARA 5

Tenderers quoting as authorized representative of a manufacturer, meeting with the above requirement in full, can also be considered provided. the manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations the tenderer, as authorized representative, has supplied satisfactorily at least 30 percentage of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least 12 months on the date of tender opening.

For goods under Schedule 1 to 18 Disinfectants as mentioned in tender documents

For goods under Schedule 20 (SLAKED LIME) Only the Manufacturer/s or their Authorized Dealers with minimum two years experience in manufacturing and supply of such Scheduled Goods or similar products to the Government Department/ Government Undertaking / Government Organization / Farmer Producer Organization (FPO)/ cooperative Societies registered with Registrar of Societies in India are eligible.

The tenderer should furnish details of Supply Centres and information on Supply facilities within the district/s jurisdiction of the Package for which the tender is submitted in the Form given in Section SECTION XIV-CAPABILITY STATEMENT PARA 7, 8 and 9

The tenderer should furnish the information on specification compliance of the offered products in the proforma under SECTION XIV-CAPABILITY STATEMENT PARA 11

The bidder from such countries sharing a land border with India will be eligible to participate only if the bidder is registered with the Competent Authority as per the Directions of the Ministry of Finance Government of India. If the bidder is sharing a Land border with India, then Registration Certificate and Model Certificate issued by the Competent Authority to be obtained as specified vide Office Memorandum No. F.No.6/18/2019 - PPD issued by Ministry of Finance, GOI dt.23rd July 2020 and GO of GoK vide No. FD 455 Exp-12 2020 Bengaluru Dated:25.08.2020. A declaration has to be submitted in Compliance regarding restrictions on public procurements from bidders of countries which shares a Land Border with India, in the form of Affidavit as per SECTION XV- UNDERTAKING

Product Warranty/Shelf Life: The supplies made shall have minimum Shelf life period of 6 months for Bleaching Powder and 1 year for Disinfectants / slaked lime from the date of Delivery of the Schedule Goods at the procurement entities. The supplies should carry replacement free of cost within 7 days from the date of reporting of discrepancy in Shelf life. Should provide an undertaking in the form of an Affidavit as per SECTION XV- UNDERTAKING

The Scheduled Goods offered by the bidder shall meet the standards as per specifications of the Invitation of TENDER Document. The bidder should submit the following document towards each of the products offered by them in the tender

Copies of test reports (From the year 01-04-2024 onwards)The manufacturer shall give authorization letter to Department of Sericulture for the good faith of the authorized Dealers and also responsible of packing, quality as per research institutes standards and breach of any contract term by the dealer as per proforma under Section XIII MANUFACTURERS AUTHORIZATION FORM
