Dismantling and Taking out old UNSV LT/HT Insulators any type size, make from HT/LT poles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old unsv HT OH line on existing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable(heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 11 KV grade of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old unsv Earthing of machinery/equipment Installed at power house/substation, using 32 x 6 mm galvanized MS strip and MS galvanized plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm ,as earth electrode complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking out old UNSV HT pole of any size/type including supply & erection in vertical position new steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws, type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) all as specified duly factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externaly for embeded portion and painting with one coat of red oxide primer, applying two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint on remaining exposed surfaces after errection complete, painting with synthetic enamel paint of colours black and yellow alternate strips of 30cm width upto 1.5 mtr from the top of coping complete including making suitable holes where required all as specified and directed .Note : PCC in foundation, coping, Earth work (Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal) will be measured and paid separately under relative items of Sch 'A', complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of ACSR ( Rabbit type ) conductor of Size 3 of 6/1x3.55 mm size as ordered by Engr-in-charge including tightening and binding with new binding wires to insulators, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required with 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire including dismantling old one, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and Taking out old UNSV 2 pole structure 11 meter PCC pole including supply and erection in vertical position new Steel tubular swaged 02 pole structure consisting of anti climbing device,PCC foundation & cross arms etc complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws, type 410 SP-55 (11.00 metres long) all as specified duly factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externaly for embeded portion and painting with one coat of red oxide primer, applying two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint on remaining exposed surfaces after errection complete, painting with synthetic enamel paint of colours black and yellow alternate strips of 30 cm width upto 1.5 mtr from the top of coping complete including making suitable holes where required all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of HT lightening arrestor metal oxide type (gap less) heavy duty single pole for 11 KV overhead line , suitable for 12 KV rated highest system voltage, long duration distribution discharge class type, IP 55 Degree of protection, 100(kVp) at 65 kA High current impulse withstand voltage and 9 KV Arrestor rating with normal discharge current of 10 KA complete with all fittings conforming to IS: 3070 part-3 effectively connected with earthing system complete all as specified and directed Note:- Manufacturer's Test certificate for lighting arrestor shall be produced before claiming for payment

Material & labour for fixing in repairs Stay assembly complete with accessories such as MS stay plate of size 300mmx300mmx6mm thick, stay rod 20mm dia, stay bow, nuts, bolts and check nuts of GI including GI stay strand of size 7/4 mm all as shown in electrical plate No. 1 of SSR Part-I of 2009, including dismantling and taking out old broken/worn unsv stay assembly complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work (Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal), PCC, stay clamp and loop type insulators will be measured and paid separately under relevant schedule items).
