Repair work of SFT gates no 1 and 2 with replacement of steel liners sill beams and rubber seals of gates at Dam of DPS Kishtwar

Dewatering/pumping out of water caused by spring, tidal, river seapage, broken water mains or drains and like. (Dewatering in SFT including all (motor, pump,starter, hose pipe,operator etc.) with material to be used like sand bag, polypropylene sheet, M.S. plate with welding, welding machine, alogwith all other necessary arrangements to be done for taking water out for proper working at site.)

Dismantling steel work (linner , Sill beam etc approx 2900 mmX 1850mmX20X2 , 2900mm X 1206 mmX 25 mm) in built up sections in angles,tees,flats and channels including all plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Chipping of old concrete for making correct grade and profile upto required depth using suitable equipment such as Jack Hammer Chipper including removal of unsound concrete surface as per technical specification and disposing the excavated material away from work site including all lead and lifts as per direction of Engineer In Charge

Surface preparation of old concrete by way of running wire brush and chiselling for laying of concrete as per technical specifications including all stages and scafolding etc complete finished item with all lead and lift

Drilling of 32 mm dia holes for fixing of 25 mm dia Anchors and 500mm deep in chipped old concrete by way of suitable equipment as per Technical specification.

Providing and Fixing of 25 mm dia,0.50 m length of Chemical Anchor as per drawing,Specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Epoxy resin system of (SIKA/FOSROC/BASF/PIDILITE/MC/HENKEL) make filling in drilling holes (chemical Anchors) for anchoring as per technical specifications including the cost of all materials carriage, staging scaffholding and labour etc. complete finished item.

Supply and apply an epoxy resin based bond coat in between old and new concrete/steel through Grout holes a coat of even and smooth (consumption of material may be more due to uneven surface/undulation)(SIKA/FOSROC/BASF/PIDILITE/ MC/HENKEL) as per technical specifications including cost of all materials, carriage and labour etc. complete finished item.

Providing, fabrication & fixing of bottom steel liner of 2700 MM long(approx.) x 1200MM x 25MM thick Steel plate of grade E28.3 for SFT gates# 1&2 as per drawing and specifications complete and joining of the same with steel liner & joining of steel liner with new sill beam and as per drawing and specifications. Providing & fixing of side steel liner of 2600 MM long(approx.) x 1850MM (approx.) x 20MM thick Steel plate ofgrade E28.3 for SFT gates# 1&2 as per drawing and specifications complete. and joining of the same with steel liner & joining of steel liner with new sill beam and as per drawing and specifications.

Providing and laying high performance concrete M65/A20 as per technical specifications,proper compaction ,curing including the cost of all materials,carriage staging ,scafolding and labour etc.with all leads and lifts complete finished item.for SFT 01& 02

Providing & fixing of bottom Stainless steel Sill beam of1200 MM long(approx.) x 200MM x 25MM thick S. S plate of grade E36.3 including 25 mm dia threaded anchors with double nut, washers and suitable dia dowel bar and injection of chemical adhesives etc. The rate is inclusive the cost of mechanical carriage, loading & unloading at site.for SFT gates# 1&2 as per drawing and specifications complete , with steel box plate as per drawing 280 mm X 300 mm Steel grade E28.3 with proper welding granding etc .

Providing & fixing of side S. S. seal plate of 3225 MM long curve length (approx.) x 300MM (approx.) width x 20MM thick Steel plate ofgrade E36.3 including 25 mm dia threaded anchors with double nut, washers and suitable dia dowel bar and injection of chemical adhesives etc. The rate is inclusive the cost of mechanical carriage, loading & unloading at site.for SFT gates# 1&2 as per drawing and specifications complete

Removal of dismantled materials out of SFT tunnels to Main Access Tunnel approx 6.5 mtr lift & 200 mtr, (1.2.11 Cement, stone blocks, G.I. C.I., A.C.,Stainless Steel & C.C. pipes below 100 mm dia and other heavy materials/ knitted crates) Cost of carriage including loading, unloading and stacking for 1st 50 metres (₹) & Every additional lead of 50 metres or part there of beyond 1st 50 metre upto 09 such additional leads (₹)

Repair of SFT gates by Welding ,grading buffing of curved side plate with average curved length 2325MM x 35mm width X 2 (actual size as per drawing) of Steel grade E36.3 with SS welding layer by layer including surface preparation and finishing insuring smooth running of radial gate seals with proper fitting.

Dismantling of old rubber seal and fitting of new rubber seals of SFT gates ( new rubber seal will be supplied by NHPC. Nut bolt washer etc. or any other item are inclusive in prices)
