SCHEDULE A BOQ

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance exceeding 1.50 Km and not exceeding 5.00 Km and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Brickwork with fly ash’ bricks using with modular bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cm 1:4 , complete all as specified and as directed

Description all as per item No 6 here in above but except bricks. Note:Serviceable bricks obtained from Sl item No 05 be reused.

M&L PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Reinforced precast cement concrete in 1:2:4 type B0 (using12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in Jallies, 45mm thick (measured solid) including all moulding but excluding frame set in CM 1:6 including taking down existing damaged one complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately.

M&L Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4, Type B1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 M span, cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L High strength corrosion resistant TMTsteel bar of grade Fe-500 , 6 mm dia to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L High strength corrosion resistant TMTsteel bar of grade Fe-500, 5 mm dia to 10 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips in stirrups , spacers and binders etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in two layers on brick or concrete surfaces,first coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and 2nd coat 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound

M&L applying two coats of cement based paint on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Granite work (of any type) 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished including round edge) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in repairs Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, polished confirming to IS-15658 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade, laid over and including M sand cushion of 50mm thick and packing the sides with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates)complete all as specified and directed. Note : The Unit rate quoted is included for Demolition of paver tiles of any description or thickness in floors,aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing of debris outside of MD land

M&L Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stones or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface including removal of existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Framed work such as grills, gratings, angles etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of static water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including dismantling/ taking down existing framed work and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 100 mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in sub base , fillng and mass concrete or as in receiving tiles/ surface channels and drains etc including demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors and cut and polished using grey cement and pigments over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar (1:4) including demolishing the existing tile complete all as specified and directed Note : The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate for tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation/fixing.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in of any description and in any position and removal of debris out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast RCC 1:2:4, Type B–1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs, chullah hoods, Chajjas, water troughs, mangers, Shelves and similar articles with plain faces including formwork, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for loose filling with broken bricks of gauge 40 to 80mm in soakage pits, soakage wells complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas, exc 1.5 m but not exc 3 m deep in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L RCC 1:1½:3 Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agg. as in roof slab complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing and similar work: not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 20cm wide for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 300 mm x 7/8 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles on vertical surface such as dado including 10mm thick 1:3 backing coat including taking down existing tile and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and Joint free Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile of size exc 0.09 Sqm but n exc 0.18 Sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incuding screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as directed.

Note for item No 30 & 31 :- The manufacturer's test certificate of Tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick, light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete including dismantling of existing tile and disposal off to outside MD land all as specified and as directed.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick, light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in vertcal surfaces such as skirting/ dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer ,15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete including dismantling of existing tile and disposal of to outside MD land all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No 33& 34:- (i) Vitrified tiles are classified under group B1a of the international Standard for ceramic tiles ISO: 13006. Tiles shall be hard, dense, impervious and frost resistant. Water absorption of tiles shall be less than 0.5% and flexural strength (Modulus of Rupture) shall be more than 35 N/Sqmm. (ii) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate of Tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.

M&L Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, or concrete or ceilings etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing serviceable materials where directed and leaving the work clear of any plastering and material and labour for Rendering 15 mm thick in two layers on brick or stone or concrete surfaces,first coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and 2nd coat 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces wall/ ceiling and applying two coat of white wasing on ceiling/ walls surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces wall applying two coat of OBD over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre painted Coloured Galvalume roofing system sheet 0.50 mm thick having Zinc aluminum alloy coating AZ150 shall be as per IS:277/ASTM 1379 150 gsm/ sqm double ribbed trapezoidal profile steel sheet any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of existing one all complete all as directed.

M&L Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dimantling of existing one all as directed.

Note for pre-painted coloured Galvalume roofing :-

(i) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate for the chemical and mechanical properties of sheet must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.

(ii) The contractor shall ensure that no leakages take place from the roof. The roofing shall be Coloured Galvalume roofing system (olive green colour or as approved by GE) with feed material manufactured from 0.50 mm Total coated thickness (TCT), minimum 550 MPa yield strength and shall conform to the physical specifications of IS: 2062 of 2011, coated with hot dip metallic Aluminium / Zinc alloy coating AZ150 as 150 gm/sq.mt total on both sides complete all as specified and as directed.

(iii) The painting shall be coloured baked enamel polyester with silicon coating of film thickness 25 microns nominal on the exposed face/exterior side and on the reverse side ( interior face) shall be white with 15 microns film thickness, over a coat of 5 micron nominal thickness Primer.

(iv) The contractor shall produce purchase vouchers for each lot and independent test for verification of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 gradeSt.-240) including dismantling existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted , bolted or welded attachment.(Fe 410 -W (Gde- E-250) quality -A complete including dismantling existing one all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs MS flat iron wind ties for roof including securing bolts including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. , and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all including dismantling existing one as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in any type of soil, each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out in hard dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nuts, n exc 5cm long diameter of neck 5 to 10mm including dismantling existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6,type C-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of fencing post, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of new steel surfaces under 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No 52 & 53 :- (a) All synthetic enamel paint, shall be of 1st quality manufactured by the standard firms of make as specified.

(b) The contractor shall inform the GE, within three weeks of the acceptance of the tender, the brand/names of the manufacturers of paint proposed to be used in the works and submit samples thereof and obtain prior written approval of GE before their use in works.

(c) The contractor shall when so required by the GE, produce certificate from the manufacturer or their representative to establish that the brands of paints purchased by the contractor from them, satisfy the requirements of the relevant Indian Standards. Tint of paint will be approved by the GE.

(d) Paints shall be obtained direct from approved manufacturer or from their authorized agents only of respective brands mentioned below and brought to site in sealed containers. The paint so procured shall be of first quality of any approved make as per list of makes specified. i. Berger Paints (Luxol), ii. Jenson & Nicholson (Brolac), iii. Shalimar Paints(Superlac), iv. Goodlass Nerolac (Nerolac), v. Asian Paints(Apcolite)

(e) Unless otherwise specified the tints of paint shall be as approved by the GE

(f) The contractor shall submit samples of the paints proposed for the work along with results of tests conducted in approved laboratory as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for approval.

(g) The surface shall be thoroughly cleaned and dusted. All dirt scales oil and grease shall be thoroughly removed before painting is started. The prepared surface shall be inspected and approved by the GE before painting is commenced. The weather shall not be foggy/rainy, dusty or windy. The suitability of the weather will be determined by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(h) No hair marks from the brush or clogging of paint buddles shall be left on the work. Surface shall ordinarily not be painted until it has dried up completely. Trial patches of paint shall be laid at intervals to check if drying is satisfactory.

M&L 100mm thick, plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates), as in plinth protection/path/hardstanding including making joints @ 3.00 metre intervals and at each corner, the joint shall be filled with mastic filling (to full depth) comprising of one part heated hot blown bitumen 85/25 & two parts heated sand (by volume), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of existing damagd cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness and rubish material shall be disposal to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Complete removal of existing damaged water proofing treatment and expose of top surface of RCC slab of any thickness, any type by stripping out old tar felt over roofs, parapets, chimney stacks etc laid horizontally or vertically including taking out layer of cement plaster etc and cleaning the surface with water and using wire brush including removing debris to out side the MoD land and providing following :-

(a) Dismantling existing cement concrete/roof tiles on roof including removing debris to out side MD land as directed.

(b) Bring upto the slope by providing filling of light weight materials such as cinder, light weight concrete etc as required, and then providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate of average thickness of 50mm.

(c) Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete roof surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement.

(d) Apply a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384@ 0.25 ltr/Sqm on newly plastered surface after curing as per IS-456 and dried.

(e) Providing 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing as approved by GE weighing not less than 3.5kg per sqm unrolled over the bituminous coated surface with 100mm over laps, the overlap shall be sealed by flame as per manufacture instructions complete.

(f) Applying a coat of aluminium paint at the rate of 110 gm per sqm as per manufacture instruuction over bituminous layer complete all as directed.

(g) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface.

Dismantling existing cement concrete on roof and removal to a distance exc 1.5 KM but not not exc 5 KM and deposited as directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, benching rounded or chamfered on edge all as specified complete all as directed.

M&L Water proofing treatment of existing roofs as per details given below after complete removal of existing water proofing treatment and expose of top surface of RCC slab of any thickness, any type by stripping out old tar felt over roofs, parapets, chimney stacks etc laid horizontally or vertically including taking out layer of cement plaster etc and cleaning the surface with water and using wire brush including removing debris to outside the MOD land complete all as specified and as directed :-

(a) Dismantling existing cement concrete/ roof tiles on roof including removing debris to outside MOD land as directed.

(b) Bring upto the slope by providing filling of light weight materials such as cinder, light weight concrete etc as required & then providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates of average thickness of 50 mm.

(c) Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete roof surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions.

(d) Surface should be free from any loose paint, dust or grease. Remove all existing bitumen coatings completely by using intense wire brushing, high speed water jet & vacuum cleaner for thorough cleaning of the surface to avoid ‘Peeling off’ problems.

(e) All cracks at corner joints, channels and parapets should be properly treated. For filling cracks upto 3mm crack seal material of M/s Asian paints or equivalent in M/s Dr Fixit or M/s Pidilite or M/s Sika chemical to be used. Bigger cracks, damaged portions & hollow areas must be repaired with polymer modified cement mortar.

(f) Apply a coat of self priming smart care damp proof ultra (Code 5698) of M/s Asian paints or equivalent in M/s Dr Fixit or M/s Pidilite or M/s Sika chemical with 33% dilution with water using brush/roller on newly plastered surface after curing as per IS-456 and allow to dry for 4 to 6 hours (dilution & forced coverage requirement strictly as per manufacturer’s instructions).

(g) After the primed surface has dried, apply first coat of water proofing smart care damp proof ultra (Code 5698) of M/s Asian paints or equivalent in M/s Dr Fixit or M/s Pidilite or M/s Sika chemical using brush/roller on the same primed surface & allow to dry for 4 to 6 hours.

(h) Prepare for apply 2nd coat of water proofing smart care damp proof ultra (Code 5698) of M/s Asian paints or equivalent in M/s Dr Fixit or M/s Pidilite or M/s Sika chemical using brush/roller on the same surface. The temp to be maintained 25 to 35° C through out the all above application work.

(j) In case of severe dampness an additional coat of damp proof materials to be applied.

Note for item No 73 to 82 :- (i) The work shall be carried out through authorized and qualified applicators of the following manufacturers only. MOU to be submitted before commencement of work. Make : M/s Asian paints or equivalent in M/s Dr Fixit or M/s Pidilite or M/s Sika chemical

(ii) A performance guarantee certificate for 10 years shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE on completion of work as specified.

(iii) The unit quoted rate is deemed to include taking down of water pipeline, tanks, wires (etc) found on roof and refix at the original position after complete treatment of roof.

(iv) The unit quoted rate shall be inclusive of material, all labours, tools and plants including scaffolding required for working upto approx 7.5 mtr height from natural ground level.

(v) The unit rate quoted for item is deemed to include for Removing of accumulated earth of any width and depth upto 15 cm cleaning/cutting the grass with hand operated petrol/kerosene driven grass cutting machine and removing the grass waste around 3 m from plinth protection to outside MD land.

(vi) Adoption of necessary safety arrangement like safety belts, ropes, helmets, netting etc. which are required for safety of working labour at height exceeding 3 to 25 mtr height shall be mandatary and deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Factory made UPVC three track sliding Window frame having 2 tracks for glass shutter and 1 track for mosquito sash made of upvc profile section of size 73mm x 42mm (wxh) having outer wall thickness of 2.0mm(+/-0.2mm). Sliding glass shutter shall be made of UPVC section of size 55mm x 33mm and sliding wire mesh shutter shall be made of UPVC section of size 40mm x 22mm. All section of the frame, sash, transom & mullion, as applicable, shall be duly reinforced with G/J/U/O shape galvanised mild steel section of required thickness considering structural / wind load requirement. System shall be provided with the suitable upvc bead for glazing of the system & fitted with inner & outer EPDM seal gaskets. Clear Glass of Saint Gobain / Modiguard make with thickness of 4mm and stainless steel wire cloth of 0.19mm nominal dia. All welded joints are to be neatly trimmed & feature grooved/raised nib finish so make the finished product free from all sharp edges & burrs. All the corner / mullion / transom joints of the frame and sash shall be mitered cut & fusion welded without any mechanical joining. System shall have adequate drainage mechanism to permit the escape of water from horizontal member beneath each sealed unit. System is to be provided with proper operating & locking hardware mechanism. Window locking system will be either both side push lock system or semi-circle locking system in centre. Complete window shall be fixed in to the existing pre finished aperture, by drilling and fixing through the outer frame using quality fasteners & silicon glue is applied to fill up the crevice between wall and window frame for leak proof installation including taking existing one complete all as specified. Note: - The contractor will have to submit 5 years warranty certificate for upvc profile and 1 year warranty certificate for hardwares.

Factory made UPVC Ventilators design will be like top part fixed with exhaust fan provision and bottom part with fixed louver strips.Ventilators frame made of upvc profile section of size 45mm x 43mm (wxh) having outer wall thickness of 2.0mm(+/-0.2mm). Wherever required /specified, system shall havev the fix mullion of size 45mm x 60mm having outer wall thickness of 2.0mm(+/- 0.2mm). All section of the frame,transom & mullion shall be duly reinforced with G/J/U/O shape galvanised mild steel section of required thickness considering structural / wind load requirement. System shall be provided with the suitable upvc bead for glazing of the system & fitted with inner & outer EPDM seal gaskets. Pinhead Glass with thickness of 4mm required for fixed & louvers strips. Taking down chowkhat or frame(wooden/steel) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each with shutter (with out taking off shutters from the frame) all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.0 Sq.m and n.exc 2.0 Sq.m each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube complete all as specified .

S&F Factory made Solid PVC Door Shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 100 mm long aluminum anodized barrel tower bolt extruded section complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Butt hinges 75 mm long medium weight cold rolled stainless steel complete all as specified and as directed.

Aluminum handles cast type anodised 150 mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 25mm dia mild steel powder coated drapery rod out to length required without joint in between and fixed at openings including taking existing one complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Mild steel powder coated brackets for holding the drapery rod and fixed to wall with MS screw including taking down existing one complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing in repairs Mild steel powder coated fancy type brackets fixed at both the end of drapery rod of same colour and type of drapery rod as directed.

Treatment of the sunken floor slab comprises of the following specification and all as specified. Make :- Dr Fixit/ M/s Sika india Pvt Ltd/ STP Ltd/ M/s Fosroc Chemicals

(a) Demolition of cement concrete filling of any description in sunken portion in toilet and removing debris outside MD land.

(b) Cleaning the sunken/ lowered portion of RCC slab surfaces (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding conc to achieve proper sploe including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout

(c) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 10mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement consumed. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/ seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out.

(d) All junctions points of side wall where CI/ GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty.

(e) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean.

(f) M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufactures instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed

(g) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound 3% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturers specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout.

(h) PCC 1:5:10 type E2, complete all as specified

(j) PCC 1:2:4 type B0 40mm thick,and including making new tiles for sunken portion complete all as specified

M&L Cleaning and Removing silt, grit , mud and other materials from covered drain in foul condition including removing materials from the site to outside MD land including necessary removing cover slabs and replacing after cleaning complete area including making good any damages complete all as specified and as directed.
