| 1Complete overhauling, servicing, repair and restoration of Anchor Winch and associated anchoring arrangement, wherein the following defects have been observed: (i) anchor winch wire-rope roller/guide roller found jammed; (ii) anchor winch wire rope found worn-out and requiring renewal; (iii) anchor winch oil seal found damaged with oil leakage; (iv) anchor pulley/sheave found jammed; and (v) winch wire rope found damaged and worn-out. The work shall include complete dismantling, inspection, cleaning, servicing, repair/rectification, renewal of defective/worn-out wire rope and oil seal, inspection and rectification/replacement of bushes, bearings, shaft, sheave groove and associated components as required, lubrication, alignment, proper reeving and winding of wire rope, adjustment of brake and associated mechanisms, reassembly. After completion, the complete anchoring arrangement shall be tested under operational/load conditions for smooth operation, proper wire-rope spooling, free rotation of roller/pulley, brake holding, abnormal noise/vibration and oil leakage, as required as per direction of EIC/Surveyor. | |||||

| 2Complete servicing, inspection, testing and maintenance of Diesel Generator Set (Make: Kirloskar, Power: 10 BHP, Model: CAF - 10) and associated Alternator (Make: Kirloskar, Power: 7.5 KVA, Model: 4AB160S2), including inspection of diesel engine, alternator, lubrication, cooling, starting and electrical systems; cleaning and servicing of fuel and air filters; checking diesel tank cap, engine oil, coolant, coupling, battery and starting system; checking fuel system and safety/protection systems; inspection and servicing of alternator, AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator), terminal connections, wiring, bearings and associated electrical components; checking and adjustment of output voltage, frequency, current and load performance; tightening of electrical/mechanical connections and necessary adjustments/rectification; and complete testing of the DG set under no-load and load conditions to ensure satisfactory and reliable operation, as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge/Surveyor. | |||||

The work shall include complete inspection of panels, MCBs, ammeter, electrical connectors, terminals, internal wiring and associated electrical components; cleaning, tightening, testing and rectification/replacement of defective components as required; checking and rectification of panel door hinges, alignment, latches and locking arrangement; ensuring proper closing and key-locking of all panel doors; and complete functional testing of the electrical panels under operating conditions, as required as per direction of Surveyor/ EIC. | |||||

| 4Design, fabrication, supply and installation of suitable protective covers/enclosures for Diesel Engine, Winch Motor and Electrical Control Panel, for protection against direct exposure to sunlight, rainwater and weather conditions, including measurement, fabrication with suitable marine-grade/corrosion-resistant material, necessary supporting frame, hinges, fasteners, access/opening arrangement, ventilation/heat dissipation provisions wherever required, surface preparation and protective coating, fixing and incidental works. The protective covers shall be suitably designed to permit safe access for operation, inspection, servicing and maintenance of the equipment, as required as per direction of Surveyor/ EIC. | |||||
