Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc excl ashlar facing dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair face of brick works or concrete surfaces of walls with CM (1:4) finished surface should be even and smooth including liquid WPC @ 200 ml per bag of cement complete. ( Work shall be executed up to 9.00 mtr Height)

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scraping out loose mortar/concrete by chiseling/ wire brushing complete and applying rust removing solution (rebaklene solution) to exposed corroded reinforcement and applying a coat of epoxy primer (Nitozink primer from M/s Fosroc or equivalent as approved by GE) as per manufacturer instructions providing and fixing of wire mesh of weight 2.5 Kg per Sqm and apply 25 mm average thickness in CM (1:4) mixed with liquid integral water proofing compound (complast 'X' recommended by the manufacture with gunitting machine at a pressure not less than 5 Kg/Sqcm finally rendering 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) using liquid integral water proofing compound (complast 'X' 421 i.e. from M/s Fosroc and Nitobound AR from M/s Fosroc or equivalent as approved by GE) in the proportion recommended by the manufacture including three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces concrete surface of ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 including dubbing coat required at site, finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of distemper oil emulsion on newely plastered wall surfaces including preparation and 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
