Dismantling of structrual steel work of any description including doors, gates but excluding framed truss complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No 6 above but except bricks. Note : Serviceable bricks obtained from Sl item No 2 above shall be re-used in the work after cleaning.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beam, lintels, lintel bands etc.for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation in soft/loose soil n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified jointfree printed coloured tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) double charge area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm as in floors etc; set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile complete all as specified and directed.
