Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one part of cement, four part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and Eight part of coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Random rubble masonry in c.m.1:5 mix( one cement and five sand) using rough stones & bond stone with simultaneous pointing the rate including cost of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using III class country bricks of size 8 3/4"X4 1/4" X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100CFT

Plastering in 1:5 mix (one cement and five sand) 12 mm thick finishing the rate including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed Cement paint of first quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including preparing the surface, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris putty wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of sizes 305mm X 200mm X 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour Set in cement mortar 1:2 (One part of Cement and two part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) over 10 mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.

Labour charges for the erection of submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc, complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days.

Labour Charges for inserting PVC Casing pipes assembly (with slots or without slots) in the drilled hole including jointing the pipes with PVC Couplers with Cement paste etc., complete, supply and packing the annular space with pebbles of size and quality as approved by the executive engineers of TWAD Board
