Materials and labour for removing denting wherever required making the surface smooth after removing old paint by scrubbing with emery paper, removing existing treatment completely , filling putty at required places and spray painting in hammer tone/Smoke Gray shade (as required) with two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint for following Makes :- Asian/Berger/Nerolac

Material and labour for replacement of lock with new lock of brass 4 lever with duplicate keys to be fixed with machine screws of required size all as per existing pattern specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge (Make of lock- HARISON/GODREJ)

Material and labour for replacement of handle with new handle of Mild steel pressed, heavy duty to be fixed with machine screws and bolts of required size all as per existing pattern specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for removing existing unserviceable trestle portion (Legs) both sides for Almirah large glazzed steel and supply and fixing new trestle (legs) both sides made of 1 mm thick MS Sheet welded as per existing pattern specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for replacement of lock of Safe with new lock of brass 4 lever with duplicate keys to be fixed with machine screws of required size as per existing pattern specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge (Make of lock- Harison/Godrej and equivalent)

Material and labour for replacement of existing unserviceable shelf and clamps with new shelf and clamps made out of 20 guage MS Sheet made to shape as per existing pattern specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for removing 3 way locking device (excluding lock and handle) and replacement with new 3 way locking device of Almirah large as per existing pattern specified and as directed by the engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for removing hinges of door and replacement with new hinges of door of almirah large steel as per existing pattern specified and as directed by the engr-in-charge.

Taking out unserviceable mirror and supply & fixing of new Mirrror of thickness 5.0 mm as per existing pattern. make- Modiguard and equilvalent.

Bed Hard (FD-246)

M & L for polishing of Hard bed complete with two coat of french polish of approved make duly prepared surface with sand paper of appropriate number and as per existing pattern specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repair of MNF fixing arrangement on Head board and foot board of bed plytop with brass screw 25 mm long round head two numbers each side as per existing pattern specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repair and Gas welding of FMN set of 19 mm rectangular tube made in T type (with end plugged with 1.2 mm MS sheet) of hard Bed including preparation of surface and removing the unwanted welding spot all as per existing pattern specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Materials and labour of painting of FMN Sets complete with removing denting wherever required making the surface smooth after removing old paint scrubbing with emery paper, removing existing treatment completely , filling putty at required places and spray painting in OG/Grey/white/Black shade (as required) with two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint out of the following Makes :- Asian/Berger/Nerolac

Table Bed Side TP-Godrej

Preparation of tighting loose joints with L shaped interconneted servo bracket and screw of loose surfaces, if any including de-rusting the surface then rubbing with sand/emery paper and applying malamine polish one or more coat of approved quality to achieve uniform smooth texture and high glossy finish after filing holes with beas wax complete all as per existing pattern specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Table Writing multipurpose TP-Godrej

M & L for Gas welding to frame of Table writing Multipupose Godrej including preparation of surface and removing the unwanted welding spot all as per existing pattern specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable top and S&F new top 1200 mm x 600mm made out of 19mm thick Ext -Gde prelaminated particle board BWR grade, bended with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin adhesive with malamine finish ISI marked IS-12823 (1990). Gde-I type II having desired shade on one side and balancing white lamination on other side, including 6mm thick teak wood edging all around with Fevicol,nails and Polish complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of old unserviceable drawers with new drawer made out of 20 Gauge MS sheet made to shape as per drg and as specified by the Engr-in-charge, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as per existing pattern specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Box kit steel (FD-98(M))

M & L for polishing of Table Dressing Gents complete with two coat of french polish of appvd make duly prepared surface with sand paper of appropriate number and putty as per existing pattern specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Taking out unserviceable mirror of Table dressing Gents and supply & fixing of mirror 5.0 mm thick with teak wood frame and back made of 6mm thick ply wood commercial BWR Gde-I.( Make : SAINT GOBIN / Modiguard /Atul as specified and approved by Engr-in-Charge)

Taking out unserviceable top and bottom from box of table dressing Gents and supply & fixing top and bottom made out of 12 mm thick exterior grade pre laminated partice board BWR grade bonded with phenol foraldehyde synthtic resin adhesive with malamine finish ISI marked IS-12823 (1990). Gde-I type-II having desired shade on one side and balancing white lamination on ther side, including 4.0mm teak wood edging all around with Fevicol and nail and finish with french polish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

supply & fixing new drawer made out of front of drawer 12mm thick exterior grade pre laminated partice board BWR grade bonded with phenol foraldehyde synthtic resin adhesive with malamine finish ISI marked IS-12823 (1990) sides of drawer 12 mm thick teak wood plank and bottom and back of drawer 6mm thick commerical plywood with 6.0mm teak wood edging all around with Fevicol and nail on upper cut portion of pre laminated particle board with french polish complete all as per existing pattern specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F new knobs of aluminium anodized approve shade to be fixed with MS screws of required size all as per existing pattern specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Chair Easy (FD-229,281)

Dismantling of old unservicable rear legs and S & F of new Rear legs made out of first class hard wood ( Teak) including hard rubber ring /PVC Shoe provided at bottom of legs with screw and a coat of French Polish with preparation of surface complete. The size and design all as shown on drg and as per directed by Eng-in-charge.

All as per item No. 8.01 above but Front legs of existing chair easy.

All as per item No. 8.01 here-in-before but side/back rail of seat/back of existing chair easy.

Removing of old unserviceable canes from seat and back of Easy Chair and re - canning with new plastic cane ( not recycled cane) 2 mm wide half round white colour cane (Canning shall be done as per Godrej pattern). Make : Premier/Shah or Equivalent all as specified and approved by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for polishing of Chair Easy complete with one coat french polish of appvd make duly prepared surface with sand paper of appropriate number and as directed.

Peg Table

Taking out unserviceable top and S&F new top of table peg made out of 19mm thick Exterior Grade prelaminated particle board BWR grade bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin adhesive with malamine finish ISI marked IS-12823 (1990). Gde-I type II having desired shade on one side and balancing white lamination on other side, including 6mm thick teak wood edging all around with Fevicol and nails and finish with french polish complete all as per existing pattern specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable long rail of Peg Table and providing new long rail of Ist class hard wood [Teak ] and finishes with one coat of French Polish after preparation of surface complete all as per existing pattern specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable short rail of Peg Table and providing new short rail of Ist class hard wood [Teak ] and finishes with one coat of French Polish after preparation of surface complete all as per existing pattern specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantalling of unserviceable legs and supply & fixing of new legs made out of Ist class hard wood [Teak ] including hard rubber ring /PVC Shoe provided at bottom of legs with screw and a coat of French Polish with preparation of surface complete.The size and design shall be all as shown on drawing and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Dismantalling of unserviceable ‘L” type bracket and supply & fixing of new ‘L” type bracket made out of Ist class hard wood and a coat of French Polish with preparation of surface complete all as per size and design of existing Peg Table and as per direction of Eng-in-charge.

M & L for polishing of Peg Table complete with one coat of french polish of appvd make duly prepared surface with sand paper of appropriate numbers and per existing pattern specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Hat Stand With Mirror (FD-361/362/206)

M & L for polishing of Hat stand with mirror complete with one coat french polish of approved make duly prepared surface with sand paper of appropriate number and putty as directed.

6mm thick teak wood edging all around with Fevicol and nails and finish with french polish complete of hat stand with mirror all as per existing pattern specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable Hook on the top and supply & fixing new hook of stainless steel/ aluminum anodized approved shade to be fixed with MS screws of required size all as shown on drg and as per directed by Eng-in-charge.

Taking out unserviceable mirror and supply & fixing of new Mirrror of thickness 5.0 mm make- Modiguard and equilvalent as per direction of Eng-in-charge.

Taking out unserviceable veneer on the top and supply & fixing made out of 4 mm thick veneer with main board with Fevicol and nail as per existing pattern specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable ply at the back side and supply & fixing made out 6mm thick ply wood commercial BWR grade-I including steelness steel/Aluminium hook provided at top of hat stand with mirror with screw as per existing pattern specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable frame of hat stand with mirror and providing new frame of 2nd class hard wood with Fevicol and nail provided at all joints of hat stand with mirror with grooves properly so that no loose member found in the Hat stand and Hat stand should not shake after repairing complete . The size and design all as shown on drg and as per directed by Eng-in-charge.

Table Center Glazzed top. TP- Godrej

Removing of old latherite/Tapesty (as the care may be) from sofa set 5 seater Make : Godrej S&F new latherite / Tapesty as per exceting pattern of sofa set of all as per drg & as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of lower back & front support of 19mm thick particle particle board below the seat alongwith preparation of tighting loose joints (lower back & front support) with legs, if any including de-rusting the surface and painting with one coat of synthetic enameled paint as as per existing pattern specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable legs and providing new teak wood legs of the existing pattern and size fixed with MS nuts and bolts including tightening all loose members of sofa properly by providing some extra wooden supports of suitable size to connect legs and frame of sofa, screwed properly so that no loose member found in the sofa and sofa should not shake after repairing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Work mentioned is required to carry out at different sites/location under OTA /GE Gaya
