Preparation of sub-grade and compacting the same with 8 to 10 ton power roller including forming camber and gradients watering and rolling to reach required density complete.

Providing and spreading of high quality weedicide over the prepared surface to avoid the growth of the weeds in the top surface.

Providing granular subbase to required thickness including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarry and consolidation by power roller as per clause 401 of Morth specification- Rate for 100 mm thick or 1cum

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Five sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

For Rectangular beam, slab, waist slab, landing slab, lintel and ball other plain surfaces etc complete.

For plane surfaces such as vertical slab, side slabs of boxing, vertical drops, facia, vertical wall, etc.

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Foundation & Basement

For super structure in Ground floor

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Brick work in following Cement Mortar 1:5 using Fly Ash Bricks of 230 x 110 x 75mm size conforming to IS: 12894-1989 Class designation not less 50 kg./ sq.cm. average compressive strength in cement mortar 1:5 for load bearing structures for foundation and basement and for superstructure including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Manufacturing supplying and fixing in position of steel window with openable shutter frame made out of steel sections confirming to IS 7452/1982. The outer frames of windows made out of 'Z' section (F7D) of size 20x20x3mm confirming to IS 7452/1982. Mullions are made out of (F4B) T section of size 46x25x3mm confirming to IS 7452/1982The shutters are individual and each of them can be operated separately. Sash bars are made of 'T' Section (T2)of size 25x22x3mm 2 Nos of sturdy hinges and one number of handlecum ratch of special type are fixedfor each openable shutter.Suitable opening is left for its easy operation. One number of window adjustable string with fixing bracket of sufficientlength are providedfor each shutter 4 No of 40x40x3mm angle fold fosts of 230mm length are welded to the frames at appropriate point. M.S.square bars of 12mm size is welded to the inner face of the window at equal intervals not excluding 10cm spacing 20guage M.S. Sheet to be used. T.W beeding of size 15x15mm with screws for fixing.

All members are painted with one coat of red oxide primer.The rate isinclusive of each of all materials, labour charges for fixing, one coat of primer, welding charges transportation to the site of work loading, unlading and all other incidental charges etc. complete.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of MS doors with single/two leaves with following specifications Door outer frame 40x40x6mm Angle shutter frame 35x35x6mmAngle, M sheet 20 guage intermediate Stiffener "T" Section 25x25x6mm, pannel should be covered with 20 guage MS sheet with necessary Tower Bolt 30cmlength, butt hinges, handle on both sides hold fast etc., complete with one coat of red oxide primer.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Providing and laying Tack Coat over Existing BT surface using 2Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30/40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm, 00.17cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30kgs of VG 40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hotmix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grade sand cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tool sand plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5
