Routine/ preventive maint of transformer 11/0.433KV, outdoor type of capacity 63/150/400 KVA installed at Nepalipatti and 764 ASC Bn under GE (AF) Mohanbari

(a) Disconnecting the distribution transformer outdoor type from HT and LT side, opening carefully at site, draining out transformer oil (keeping safe in barrel for reuse) upto HT/ LT box for rectifying the leakage by replacing the unserviceable spare parts of capacity 150 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV transformer, refilling the transformer oil and re-assembling after repair including testing for any oil leakages and connecting the HT/ LT side and testing on available electric load complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. - 01 Job Note:- Defective parts shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only". (i) Supply only LT bushings with brass studs of existing specification - 04 Nos. (ii) Supply only top cover gasket set of existing specification and size - 01 Nos. (iii) Supply only HT bushing with brass studs 11 KV of existing specification. - 03 Nos. (iv) Supply only air breather assembly filled with new silica gel (blue in colour) suitable for fixing on existing pipe size complete. - 01 Nos. (b) All as per item Srl No. 1(a) but of capacity 400 KVA - 01 Job. (i) Supply only LT bushings with brass studs of existing specification - 02 Nos. (ii) Supply only top cover gasket set of existing specification and size - 01 Nos. (iii) Supply only HT bushing with brass studs 11 KV of existing specification - 02 Nos. (iv) Supply only air breather assembly filled with new silica gel (blue in colour) suitable for fixing on existing pipe size complete - 01 Nos. (c) M&L for dehydration & filteration of transformer oil by dehydration plant (bringing plant at site) including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filteration to achieved 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. - 750 Ltrs. Note: (i) The filtration of the transformer oil shall be carried out at different sub stations of 764 ASC Bn, Mohanbari. (ii) The report before filtration & after filtration to be submitted by contractor. (iii) Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately. (d) Supply & toping up of new transformer oil (in sealed barrel) confirming to IS 335 Std having dielectric strength 40KV at 2.5mm gap after initial dehydration complete all as specified. Make: Savita/ Castrol/ Power True/ Truoil. - 210 Ltrs. (e) M&L for spray painting (including bringing compressor of suitable size at site) old painted steel or iron surface of 63/ 150 KVA transformer (11/0.433KV) complete with all connected fittings & fixtures i.e. buchholz relay, conservator tank, cooling fins and other standard fittings & attachments as per existing colour scheme and pattern with atleast two coats of synthetic enameled paint after duly preparing the surface by cleaning with scrapers and emrey paper to the entire satisfaction of AGE E/M complete all as specified. - 02 Nos. Note:- Firm/ contractor shall apply one layer of grease over specification plate / any written letter before painting and clean the same after painting, rates for the same is deemed to be included in the item quoted rates. (f) All as per item Srl No. 1(e) but of capacity 400 KVA. - 01 Nos. (g) S&F in replacement of lightning arrester expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps, 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed - 03 Nos. (h) S&F in replacement of switch air break, gang operated 11000 volts grade, triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 400 Amps complete all as specified and directed. - 02 Nos. (j) Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, outdoor end termination, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 95 sqmm, 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable and testing complete including cutting of old joint all as specified and directed. - 02 Nos. Note :- Credit at the rate of Rs 2855/- as lumpsum shall be deducted from quoted rates by the bidder.
