Decoupling of 11 cusec x 45m head Horizontal split casing pump of unit no.2 from the motor assembly and dismantling the pump from the base frame. Carriage of the dismantled 11cusec Split casing pump set by using manual labour, head load to the nearest roadside(including steep head load up to nearest roadside), loading in transport vehicle, carriage to the workshop in the mechanical transport for repairs. Repair to 11cusec x 45m head Split casing pump set at workshop by way of dismantling and extraction of damaged internal parts. Repair to pump shaft byway of remetalling, machining, turning to proper size, rethreading, making of new slots for feather keys & finishing to accurate size as per specifications. Repair to impeller by way of remetalling, machining of bore, making key ways slots on the impeller and fitting of the same on the pump shaft. Providing and fitting of 2no.s new bearings on driving and non driving end of the pump as per sample, 2no.s neck rings, 2no.s shaft protection sleeves, 2no.s new check nut, 2no.s bearing bushes, new gland studs, gasket and applying sufficient amount of grease to avoid excessive wear and tear, gland packing as per requirement. Repair to the bearing housing on driving and non-driving ends of pumping unit by turning and fitting of bush to make inner dia. of bearing housing suitable for fitment of bearings. Complete assembling of pump set after carrying out necessary repairs. Shifting back to the LIS Gurah Pattan after carrying out necessary repairs at workshop and then fitting/reinstallation at the base frame, coupling with the motor by making proper alignment and testing on partial/full load. Job also includes providing and fitting of new coupling nuts/bolts & rubber bushes. Repairs to LT control panel of 215 HP Horizontal split casing pump set of unit2 by way disconnecting of all electrical connections from LT side of electric . Job includes removal of damaged/burnt parts, and internal wiring cables from the panel box. Job includes repairs by providing and fitting of new kits of contactors MNX-400 - 01 no and MNX-300 - 01 no; current transformers - 01 no. Repairs to internal wiring by replacing of damaged/burnt copper cables by new cables of same rating and specification with proper thimbling and insulation. Job includes assembling of panel, making of all electrical connections and testing the machinery and allied equipments on full load. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges, including rebate on scrap/old materials.
