Construction of Intake Works:
(i) Design, Drawing, construction, Testing and Commissioning of Intake Works of 8.17 MLD, mechanical & electrical works including connecting walkway cum pipe carrying bridge from Intake well to river bund. Supply and installation of Vertical Turbine raw water pumps (Worthington/Mather Platt/Kirloskar make) with motors (2 working and 1 standby) i/c manually operated travelling crane with girder for lifting the pumps for Irilbung (WTP) at Iril River.
(ii) Design, Drawing, construction, Testing and Commissioning of Intake Works of 11.44 MLD, mechanical & electrical works including connecting walkway cum pipe carrying bridge from Intake well to river bund. Supply and installation of Vertical Turbine raw water pumps (Worthington/Mather Platt/Kirloskar make) with motors (2 working and 1 standby) i/c manually operated travelling crane with girder for lifting the pumps. for Porompat (WTP) at Iril River.
Construction of Service Reservoir :
(i) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of 0.23 ML Capacity R.C.C Service Reservoir including necessary R.C.C/Masonry Chambers ,site development works& Providing , fixing and testing of Internal pipes, pipe specials complete. at Langol Housing Complex Zone 1.
(ii) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of 0.17 ML Capacity R.C.C Service Reservoir including necessary R.C.C/Masonry Chambers ,site development works & Providing fixing and testing Internal pipes, pipe specials complete. at Langol Housing Complex Zone 2.
(iii) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of 2.00 ML Capacity R.C.C Service Reservoir including necessary R.C.C/Masonry Chambers ,site development works & Providing fixing and testing Internal pipes, pipe specials complete. at Langjing.
(iv) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of 0.75 ML Capacity R.C.C Service Reservoir including necessary R.C.C/Masonry Chambers ,site development works & Providing fixing and testing Internal pipes, pipe specials complete. at Langjing Hill Top.
(v) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of 2.00 ML Capacity R.C.C Service Reservoir including necessary R.C.C/Masonry Chambers ,site development works & Providing fixing and testing Internal pipes, pipe specials complete. at Porompat MR5.
VI) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of 2.00 ML Capacity R.C.C Service Reservoir including necessary R.C.C/Masonry Chambers ,site development works & Providing fixing and testing Internal pipes, pipe specials complete. at Chinga Manipur College Gate.
Construction of Overhead Tank And Emergency Reservoir:
(i) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of R.C.C Emergency Reservoir of 0.20 ML Capacity including site development works, drainage system, compound fencing. Providing and fixing Internal pipes, pipe specials for Nepra Menjor.
(ii) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Trial run of Overhead Tank-15 meter staging height of 0.80 ML capacity including suitable pile foundation with ancillary units etc. complete including RCC Clear Water Pumping Station at Nepra Menjor, supplying & installation of Pump sets (Jyoti/Mather Platt/ Kirloskar make) capable of filling 0.80 ML in one and half hours with motors (two working & one standby )i/c manually operated travelling crane with girder for lifting the pumps with ancillary units, complete.
(iii) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of R.C.C Emergency Reservoir of 0.45 ML Capacity including site development works, drainage system, compound fencing. Providing and fixing Internal pipes, pipe specials at Sangaiprou.
(iv) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Trial run of Overhead Tank-15 meter staging height of 0.80 ML capacity including suitable pile foundation with ancillary units etc. complete including RCC Clear Water Pumping Station at Sangaiprou, supplying & installation of Pump sets (Worthington/Mather Platt/ Kirloskar make) capable of filling 0.80 ML in one and half hours with motors (two working & one standby ) i/c manually operated travelling crane with girder for lifting the pumps with ancillary units, complete.
(v) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of R.C.C Emergency Reservoir of 0.20 ML Capacity including site development works, drainage system, compound fencing. Providing and fixing Internal pipes, pipe specials at Kongba Irong.
(vi) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Trial run of Overhead Tank-15 meter staging height of 0.45 ML capacity including suitable pile foundation with ancillary units etc. complete including RCC Clear Water Pumping Station at Kongba Irong, supplying & installation of Pump sets (Worthington/Mather Platt/ Kirloskar make) capable of filling 0.45 ML in one and half hours with motors (two working & one standby ) i/c manually operated travelling crane with girder for lifting the pumps with ancillary units, complete.
(vii) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Trial run of Overhead Tank-15 meter staging height of 0.80 ML capacity including suitable pile foundation with ancillary units etc. complete including RCC Clear Water Pumping Station at Porompat, supplying & installation of Pump sets (Worthington/Mather Platt/ Kirloskar make) capable of filling 0.80 ML in one and half hours with motors (two working & one standby ) i/c manually operated travelling crane with girder for lifting the pumps with ancillary units, complete.
(viii) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Trial run of Overhead Tank-15 meter staging height of 0.45 ML capacity including suitable pile foundation with ancillary units etc. complete including RCC Clear Water Pumping Station at Porompat Shift-IB, supplying & installation of Pump sets (Worthington/Mather Platt/ Kirloskar make) capable of filling 0.45 ML in one and half hours with motors (two working & one standby ) i/c manually operated travelling crane with girder for lifting the pumps with ancillary units, complete.
(ix) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Trial run of Overhead Tank-15 meter staging height of 0.80 ML capacity including suitable pile foundation with ancillary units etc. complete including RCC Clear Water Pumping Station at Porompat Shift-IIB (Rahmania), supplying & installation of Pump sets (Worthington/Mather Platt/ Kirloskar make) capable of filling 0.80 ML in one and half hours with motors (two working & one standby ) i/c manually operated travelling crane with girder for lifting the pumps with ancillary units, complete.
(x) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of R.C.C Emergency Reservoir of 0.45 ML Capacity including site development works, drainage system, compound fencing. Providing and fixing Internal pipes, pipe specials at Porompat Shift - II B Rahamania.
Construction of Laboratory Building:
(i) Design, Drawing and Construction of Single Storey RCC Laboratory Building with tile flooring, anodised Aluminium Windows and Ventilators including Laboratory Equipment, Glass Wares, Reagents, Chemicals, Incubators etc. and other miscellaneous items as required for the analysis of Water Quality as per CPHEEO manual on water supply and treatment/WHO and conforming to NABL recommended standard at Irilbung.
(ii) Design, Drawing and Construction of Single Storey RCC Laboratory Building with tile flooring, anodised Aluminium Windows and Ventilators including Laboratory Equipment, Glass Wares, Reagents, Chemicals etc. and other miscellaneous items as required for the analysis of Water Quality as per CPHEEO manual on water supply and treatment /WHO and conforming to NABL recommended standard at Porompat.
Construction of R.C.C Type-II Quarter as per CPWD norms:
Design, Drawing and Construction of R.C.C (G+1) Type-II Quarter (54 sqm per storey) as per CPWD norms. at Iroisemba High Level Master Reservoir (MR-2)
Construction of dedicated power feeder
(I) Design, Drawing and Construction of dedicated power feeder including (Power Supply, Outdoor Substation, Power Distribution, Indoor Lighting, Outdoor Lighting and Earthing materials and etc. Complete at Sangaiprou Complex. - 1.3 km.
(II) Design, Drawing and Construction of dedicated power feeder including (Power Supply, Outdoor Substation, Power Distribution, Indoor Lighting, Outdoor Lighting and Earthing materials and etc. Complete at Rahmania Complex. - 1.3 Km.
Operation & Maintenance of the above Infra Structures for a period of 5 years after commission of the project on turn-key basis.
