Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

M&L for safe earthing electrode (SEE) designed with pipe technology with hot deep Zinc coated & Alloy coated (80 – 100) microns MS pipe size of outer pipe 76.3 mm dia and inner pipe 41.9 mm, 3 mtr long inside filled with crystalline conductive mixture (CCM) having non corrosive and conductive properties complete with two bag of Black filled compound (Electrolite) mixed with soil all around the earth pipe for smooth charge dissipation complete with bricks wall earth pit of size 450 x 450 mm with RCC pit cover and taste point made out of phosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement all as specified and directed including taking down old one. Make : Ashlok Model No : ASEEL – 39-ZC or equivalent approved makes. Note* : (i) Copper Strip 32 x 6 mm upto 7.5 mtr from safe earthing electrode and protection pipe 40 mm dia shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Earth result shall be jointly recorded value shall be less than 1 ohm. (iii) Earth result shall be forwarded to Engr-in-Charge for record after complition of work.

M&L for 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade ISI marked for earth strip protection/ for lightening arrester with all fixing accessories for copper strip such as Nuts, bolts and washers, insulator with necessary brick work for fixing GI pipe including taking down old complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for fresh agricultural soil having low earth resistance and fred from stone particular any impurities all as specified and directed

M & L for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw including taking down old complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for earth result marker board of MS sheet 3.15 mm thick of size 250mmx 150mm of MS flat including FI of 20 X 6mm thick and 1.2 mtr long and 1 mtr above ground level after proper grouting in ground in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 work of size 100mmx100mmx250mm and painting with suitable colour including taking down old all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and brazing in replacement of Earth continuity conductor with adequate size insulator fixed to wall on batten or recess or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32mm x 6mm copper strip complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.0 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32mmx6mm thick by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-1 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including PCC pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, cast iron frame 50mm thick pre cast RCC (1:1 ½ :3) nominal mix cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia mild steel bar including necessary excavation, earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc 50mtr and funnel with watering pipe of GI light grade 20mm bore with wire mesh, GI protection pipe 40mm bore light grade including testing and taking dwon old complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 8.00 above but using 25 x 4 mm thick GI strip.

S&F galvanized iron strip of size 32 mm x 6mm as earth continuity conductor buried in ground or fixed to walls/ floors mounted on porcelain insulator etc or any other indicated situation complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 10.00 here - in - before but of size 25 x 4 mm.

S & F of porcelain ridge insulator of size (75x35x40) mm with 01 No GI blot of 65mm dia and 40mm long including nut & washer and 02 nos GI bolt of 10mm dia and 50mm long including nut & washer for holding/ fixing copper/ GI / Aluminium strip on roof/ wall complete including taking down old all as specified and directed.

M&L for Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 3.15mm thickness burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and incl copper strip 32x6mm by means of nuts & bolts, check nuts and washers of brass incl PCC pit of 1:2:4 type B-1, cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm and 8mm dia bar handle,earth pit angle iron frame of size 25x25x3mm, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal dust, salt, light grade GI watering pipe 20mm dia with funnel and wire -mesh and medium grade GI protection pipe of 40mm bore from top edge of earth plate upto main distribution board complete all to as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part I 2009 connected board all as specified and testing on completion including taking down old.(Note:- the earth resistance should be less than one ohms and GI protection pipe and earth lead more than 7.5 RM shall be measure and paid separately)

M&L for PCC pit of 1:2:4 type B-1, cover reinforced with XPM, weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle, earth pit angle iron frame of size 25x25x3mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC earth pit cover of size 450x450x40mm reinforced with XPM, weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm and 8mm dia bar handle complete all as specified and directed.

Improvement to earthing for conventional GI/ Copper earth electrode having high ER value by excavating soil around earth pit, filling of agricultural soil obtained from non defence land, filling mixture of salt and charcol 0.2 Cum around the earth electrode re-filling soil and fixing the pit, watering and finally testing & recording results on wall/test result plate complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The agricultural soil will be measured and paid seperately

Supply, fixing and testing of earthing improving Back fill compound (Conductolite) of 25 Kgs bag for improving earthing result by excavation till 30 cm from the top edge of the earthing plate both side and filled with Back Fill Compound (Conductolite) complete and making good as per the existing one before excavation. Testing and writing the result on wall/ test result plate complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- ASHLOK Back Fill compound (Conductolite) or of any approved make.

M&L for Brazing of existing copper strip of any size, any height (on roof/ on wall) at various places complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for electric Welding of existing GI strip of any size, any height (on roof/ on wall) at various places complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repairs for GI funnel and wire mesh for earth pits complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out and removing earth strip any size any description all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material [soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) for coping including necessary form work and fair finishing of exposed surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed.
