Material & Labour Glazed ceramic tiles 450x300/ 300x200 x7 mm(Coloured) on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and riser to steps etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete over 10mm thick screed bed vertical layer in CM (1:4)all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour of vitrified ceramic tiles,double charged, dark coloured shade, 10 mm thick of square/rectangular area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed layer in CM (1:4)complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 45 here-in-before but to vertical surfaces such as skirting over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) complete

Material and labour for pre-polished chequered Cement Concrete tiles of 25 mm minimum thick, size of (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.09 Sqm but not exceeding 0.16 Sqm double layer machine pressed set ( as per IS 1237-2012), jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut & polished in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for sunken floor water proofing treatment of various layers from bottom to top on all surfaces of slab in following sequence and including demolition and removal of existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Slope correction by using M-20 (Nominal mix) concrete by using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing compound ( minimum 2%), finished even and smooth using extra cement all as specified and as directed. (ii) Application two coats of elastomeric cementitious water proofing on sunken wall & floor surface as per the manufacturers instruction (iii) Concrete for sunken slabs shall be mixed with WP compound as per manufacturers Instructions.(To be measured separately) (iv) Joint of Trap/WC/Soil pipes shall be properly sealed with sealing compound( if required) (v) Testing of all traps & joints and sunken slab shall be as per IS-1742 before filling of sunken slabs, including smoke tests. Material and labour for 1. factory made rigidlam PVC door frame of size 125mm x 50mm double rebate with a wall thickness of 5mm PVC sheet, made by joining 3 nos heat bent PVC sheet 'C' channel of 5 mm PVC foam sheet of size 35mm x 35mm x 25mm & 40mm x 55mm x 40mm & 25mm x 35mm x35mm using solvent cement The two side 'C' channel shall be reinforced with 19mm x 19mmx MS square tube of 19 quage. AU the three 'C' channel shall be fixed to flat vase of 5 mm PVC sheet with solvent cement. The profile shall be miter cut at two corners and joined by inserting 4 nos 150 mm long brackets of 15mm x 15mm x MS square tube inside the 19 mm squre tubes.
