Dismantling/taking down carefully aluminium/ copper point wiring (light, fan,socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators , sockets, light fittings etc., removing materials to stores for keeping in safe custody for taking credit and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls,ceilings etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for concealed point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area), single core, FRLSH (FIRE Retardant Low Smoke and low Halogen), PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded cable drawn through and including non metallic,medium grade PVC concealed conduit not less than 25mm dia and its fittings including all tees, bell mouth pieces and fixing accessories such as couplers, saddlers, pipe hooks etc, PVC junction boxes ISI marked with GI metal flush boxes made out of 1.2mm thick of any module from 2 to 18 module confirming to IS-5139(pt-I) of 1969 and IS:14772-2000 with earth dolly coated with two coats of anti corrosive paint including modular cover plates with frame i.e. inner and outer plate extended upto 25 mm over metal flush boxes for housing the modular switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc with brass screws and brass washers and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing for one light / fan / Bell point contorlled by one switch including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH (FIRE Retardant Low Smoke and low Halogen) copper cable, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor upto common earth and connecting to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs for one light point/ fan point/bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES:- 1. Switch, socket and fan regulators to be measured and paid for separately. 2. All chases will be cut by chase cutter only.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable 2.5 sqmm drawn in and including rigid non metallic PVC medium grade 20 mm dia New concealed conduit with accessories on wall or ceiling with one additional PVC insulated , stranded copper conductor FRLSH of 2.5 sqmm,green colour for earth continuity conductor including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - 3 run of 2.50 sqmm cable with concealed conduct shall be measured as 1 unit.

Supply and fixing in repair SPN distibution board 8 way, double door, IP 43, as per IS 8623 including 200 Amps fully insulated copper bus bar, insulated neutral bar, earth bar, door earthing, reversible doors, PAN assembly for easy installation and also incoming and outgoing connections with suitable size of lugs/thimbles /gland/gaskets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair MCB single pole, 240 volts, 50Hz , breaking capacity 10KA, 'B' curve 6 to 32 Amps, ISI complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking down existing lighting fiting any type/size/Make/capacity i.e T/L, Surface/ Recess Panel, flame proof, wall light, bulk head, mirror light etcand re-fixing the same after minor repair/cleaning including replacement connection wire with suitable size coper wire twin core 0.75 sqmm for connection from ceiling rose to light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for attending day to day complaints of E/M nature by means of checking unserviceable Electrical fitting and fixture and emergent fault rectification in elctrical circuit incl no light , earth leakage, short cicuit, neutral break mains /sub mains/internal circuits of existing system of main building / block ,making continious electric supply including carrying out minor repairs etc as required to make system in order / functional by replacing, copper cable , copper thimbles, glands, earthing wire complete all as specified and as directed as required at site by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : - (a) Items reqd for replacement such as switchs, sockets for power/light/ fan/ bell/geyser points including complete will be measured and paid under respective items of BoQ. (b) Contractor rep/supervisor will report to MES Service Centre alongwith qualified/Experianced electrician and helper to collect dockets between 0900 hrs to 1000 hrs on all working days for rectification of complaints and resubmit the dockets after completion of each job of each job on the same day. If contractor is failed to submit the docket within 48 hours after issuing of dockets , the contractor i liable to pay the penalty i.e. 20.00 per docket per day till the re-submission of docket. (c) Contractor will attend emergent nature of work i.e. no light, short circuit after working hours/holiday as when ordered. The rate of the is deemed to be included in above quoted rates.

Material & labour for earthing with Galvanised Steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanised Iron wire 4 mm as earthing lead (upto terminal point) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and protected by light grade 15 mm dia GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel , wire mesh , RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning , filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 1991(Part-I) Taking out old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : - The rates for earth work, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire wesh, CI cover, etc shall be deemed to be including in quoted rates.
