Disconnecting and taking out DG set electric connection from both side incoming and out going electric and DG set supply of 30 KVA DG Set and serving the DG set with authotrised dealer/rep of dealer (kirloskar) and make it complete with all respect as servicing, connecting including replacement of necessary minor spares for the engine and alternator, repair machining of cylinder head for the optimum performance of the machine and overhauling of FIP and injectors with necessary calibration etc all as specified and as directed testing etc with duly change of US Parts of DG Set same shall be paid separately and checking the battery terminals, apply necessary vesline on it and fresh connection complete all as specified and directed Note rate deemed to included the T&P used for this purpose bring by the contractor and If again any fault occur of same nature of repair during the contact period is rectified by the contractor at free of cost. Note : Supply only spares required for repairs shall be measured and paid separately under Sch 'A' item No 2.00 to 15.00 herein after.

Supply only Set of fuel filter elements for replacement during the process of overhaul repair of the generating set vide serial items No-1 here in before.

S&F in replacement of battery terminal brass suitable for 12 volt 150 Ah battery of DG set complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for laying of pipe cables etc., and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick with earth obtained from excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dry river washed and screened dry sand for filling in trenches below and around the cable for cushioning including punning down as specified in relevant clause of SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type 1, size flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out carefully existing unserviceable LT cable from pole, panels and trenches any size any capacity and removing connection from existing switch board/ over head line etc complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge

Supply/Laying or fixing or passing through pipe, jointing and testing 1100 volt grade XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty PVC insulated, PVC sheathed armoured electric cables 16 sqmm 4 core with aluminum stranded conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Comprehensive maintenance of water cooler 40/80, 60/120 ltr capacity including performing following tasks at different locations at :- (a) Inspection, dismantling front and rear shutte disconnecting electric and water connection (b) Cleaning thoroughly the body of water cooler including cleaning of cold water tank with bleaching powder solution. (c) Servicing of cooling fan by greasing to bearing, oiling to bushes after opening the motor. (d) Checking/rectifying the connection and working of thermostat relays, condenser, evaporator, capacities, switches, electrical connection, float valve, compressor earth connection including replacement of defective wire sleeves etc (e) Replacement of PVC drain pipe from water cooler tray to neared drain. (f) Reconnecting power and water lines and testing to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Comprehensive maintenance of Refregirator/Deep freezer of any capacity any make including cleaning, checking after repair, connecting the main lead all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs of compressor assembly as per existing make (sealed unit) for water cooler incl testing after gas charging complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Gas charging shall be measured and paid for separately.

M & L for Gas charging the water cooler with gas R-134/R-22 capacity 40/80,60/120 litres capacity including making necessary connection, testing etc to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed

S & F in repairs of compressor assembly as per existing make (Sealed unit) for refrigerator of any size, capacity and make including soldering of copper pipe filling of gas, commissioning and testing all as specified and as directed. Note : Gas charging shall be measured and paid for separately.

S & F in repairs of blower motor for inner unit of 1.5 /2 Ton AC split type all as per manufacturer specification complete as per existing make all as specified and as directed

S & F in repairs PCB Card for 1.5/2 ton AC as per existing make complete all as specified and as directed

S & F in repairs of compressor unit (sealed) completed for 1.5 Ton AC as per existing make complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Comprehensive maintenance of air conditioner split type 15 ton capacity, any make including performing following tasks at different locations at Station :- (a) Inspection, taking down, removing grills and outer housing (b) Descaling, brushing and cleaning thoroughly and replacing filter pad of AC (c) Servicing the cooling fan by greasing/oiling the bearing bushes after opening the motor, cleaning the armature, checking and tightening all nuts and bolts etc (d) Checking rectifying the connection, working of thermostat assembly, relay, condenser, heater assembly, compressor and earth connection etc including replacing defective wire and sleeves etc (e) Re-fixing AC in position, after assembling including packing as required at site and testing complete to make it functional Note : Supplying and replacement of parts shall be measured and paid separately

M & L for repairing to voltage stabilizer 5 KVA/20 Amps 2/3 step, wall mounting digital type including replacement of relay, electronic circuit, connection socket/ terminal, indicating lamp, copper cable of suitable size 3 core with lug connector, voltmeter if required and other defective parts for high and low voltage cut off and automatic adjustment complete all as specified and as directed.
