Design Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of 100 Tr capacity FRP cooling tower and its associated works for New building AC systems at IMSc

Removal of Existing bharpur cooling cooling tower with its complate set including all existing pine lines, accessories, connected pump sets and its all assembling works including welding, cutting and all mechanical works suitable for site condition and as directed by enginner in charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of NEW 100TR FRP cooling tower, counter flow -induced draft, 5 hp less blower sound, square type, continous operation, suitable for 50CMH TOP through model as per IS 4682 (Part 5) : 2024 complete set with all accessories as specified in the technical specifications of cooling tower.

Removal of existing all metal pipelines connected in the existing cooling tower arrangement and the pump sets, modification of existing pipelines suitable for new cooling tower room and the pump set including installation of valve and other accessories with necessary cutting, assembling and welding suitable for the site condition and as directed by enginner in charge.

Site preparation to install new cooling tower in the roof of pump room 2 including removal of existing unwanted all RCC pedestals and leveling of the floor suitable for new cooling tower and providing new RCC / Brick work pedestals and metal supports / Channels to the new cooling tower with neat workmanship and as directed by enginner in charge. Cost includes supply and installation of minimum 4 nos new foundations with bolts , washers and nuts suitable for the new civil work foundation.

Supply and installation of IS : 1239 schedule 20 NB 6 “ dia MS pipe line, C class, > 4 mm thickness for the AC condender water connections between pump sets and the main plenum and to distribute the water to the all out let pipes suitable for the AC plant and completion of entire work including cutting, assembling and welding as directed by enginner in charge.

Supply and installation of IS : 1239 schedule 20 NB 4 “ dia MS pipe line, C class, > 4 mm thickness for the AC condender water connections between pump sets and the main plenum and to distribute the water to the all out let pipes suitable for the AC plant and completion of entire work including cutting, assembling and welding as directed by enginner in charge.

Supply and installation of 6 “ butterfly valve IS:13095:2020 with its complete set including cutting, assembling and welding work as directed by enginner in charge.

Supply and installation of 4 “ butterfly valve IS:13095:2020 with its complete set including cutting, assembling and welding work as directed by enginner in charge.

Supply and installation of 4 “ NRV with its complete set including cutting, assembling and welding work as directed by enginner in charge.

Supply and installation of 6" Metal STRAINER with its complete set and completion of entire work including cutting, assembling and welding as directed by enginner in charge.

Supply and installation of 10 HP Mono block pump sets with its complete set for the AC condender water system to distribute the water to the all out let pipes suitable for the AC plant and completion of entire work including base frame, cutting, assembling and welding and all foundation civil works as directed by enginner in charge.

Charges for the supply and fixing of all MS flange, bend , coupling,fasteners with all gasket for the above pipe line works and completion of the works as directed by enginner -in -charge

Charges for the supply and fixing of entire welding work to all metal works like pipe, flange, bend , coupling,fasteners etc and completion of the works as directed by enginner -in -charge

Supply and laying of professional grade FRP coating as per IS 4682 (Part 5) : 2024, to the 6” and 4 “ dia. MS pipelines provided to the AC systems with adequate thickness ( minimum 2 mm ) to avoid the corrosion with minimum 5 years guarantted workmanship and completion of the work as directed enginner in charge.
