Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of 20KVA/20 KW Online UPS : Three Phase Input & Three Phase Output- Autosensing, True Online UPS with Full Digital Signal Processing (DSP )Technologies with Touch Screen (LCD /LED ) display Panel & Pure Sine Wave O/P . UPS unit shall operate in double conversion mode, it shall be a VFI-type UPS (as per stanard IEC 62040-3).UPS along with same rating Inbuilt K rated Galvanic ISOLATION Transformer of same OEM make only. UPS should be with Latest IGBT Based Rectifier & Inverter Technology. UPS should have minimum 30 minutes backup on SMF Batteries Bank with Minimum VAH = 18000 VAH,along with following features/specifications The job includes the cost of Supply, installation, commissioning and testing charges including rack, connecting and other petty material required to complete the job.

Battery Bank : UPS unit shall be equipped with its independent battery bank of the following:

VRLA type, mounted on a rack with a design life of 3 yrs as per OEM , Sealed Maintenance Free - Lead Acid Battery with suspended Electrolyte (Leak Proof)The battery shall be sized to ensure continuity in the supply to the inverter for 30 minutes for a power rating of 20KVA at full rated load & 1.7 ECV.

Battery Type : DC Voltage Bus with Flexibility of at least 4-6 no. of Batteries , Min. 30 Mins Backup , 12V Batteries will be provided by firm Minimum required VAH per UPS =18000 VAH.(12V,75Ah 20 no. batteries)

DC Battery Breaker : For safe maintenance on the battery of UPS unit, the system shall include a circuit breaker to isolate the battery from the corresponding rectifier /charger and inverter. When the battery is isolated from the system, the UPS shall continue to supply the load without interrup-tion or disturbance, except in the event of a normal AC source outage.
