Suupply, installation, testing and comissioning of maitenance free chemical earthing wih earth (grounding) electrode of size 85 mm Dia X 3 Mtr long with 17.2 mm Cu bonded MS conductor pre cast or in-situ cast in high purity electrically conductive granular material having ultra low resistive value of 0.001 Ohm. Electrode made of conductive earth enhancing material mixed with cement in the ratio 3:1 backfill the voids surrounding the 17.2 mm Cu Bonded MS conductor or other metal components placed in augured bore hole of 100 mm dia X 3 Mtr depth, resulting to increase in the effective surface area of the earth electrode or grids to lower the resistance. Earh enhancing matetial should not leach chemcials into the adjacent soil or underground water channels and should be in pH neutral range. Earth enhancing material should permannently protect the encased metal components of the earthing system, coppper bonding MS rod should be minimum 250 microns. All hardware like nuts, bolts and washer should be of stainless steeel . Electrode should withstand fault current upto 35 KA for 1 second. Electrode's top terminal be sealed permanently packed with conductive concrete and Cu bonded MS / copper strip taken out be terminated on to earth test point and equipment terminal. Test link of size 50 mm X 6 mm X 200 mm, RCC pit cover test point completed, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.
Supply and fixing Copper strip of size 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground
Supply and fixing Copper strip of size 32 x 6mm buried in ground
Supply and fixing Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long
Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw
Supply of GI Pipe of 40mm Dia for protection of Copper strip.
Supply and fixing pipe 20 mm Dia mediam grade complete with fitting for supporting of air termination rod all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge.
