Repairs to 35 Sq.mm XLPE HT Cable at Water Supply Scheme Dragger Sharief

Repairs to 11 KV, 35 Sq.mm XLPE HT Cable, comprising the following operations complete in all respects, including provision of skilled manpower, tools, tackles, testing equipment, safety gear and all incidental charges: A. Lowering of existing 11 KV, 35 Sq.mm XLPE HT cable from HT poles over an approximate length of 50 metres, including dismantling, handling and safe placement of the cable to facilitate inspection and repair work. B. Detection and localization of fault/defect in the 11 KV, 35 Sq.mm XLPE HT cable using suitable fault-finding instruments and approved testing procedures. C. Repair of the damaged cable portion by providing and installing a suitable heat-shrinkable straight-through joint kit of approved/reputed make, including preparation of cable ends, jointing, insulation, sealing and all accessories required for satisfactory restoration of the cable. Qty : (02 Nos) Re-erection and refixing of the repaired 11 KV, 35 Sq.mm XLPE HT cable on HT poles, reconnecting the cable to the existing HT system, carrying out insulation resistance and continuity tests, energizing the line, and testing the cable under both no-load and full-load conditions to ensure satisfactory operation.

Providing and fixing of Cu bush rods for HT/LT distribution transformer. The job includes dismantling of damaged bush rods, supply of new bush rods, installation, testing, and all allied works required for proper functioning of the transformer.
