Construction of New Safe Bathing Ghat in River Kharasrota at Village Jari GP Bangara of Singipur Beat Binjharpur Section under Jajpur Road Range in the District of Jajpur for the Year 2025-26

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in slusy soil (in water upto 0.6 Mtr. depth requireing the aid of pans and vessels) with 50m. initial lead and 1.5 initial lift if required etc, complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:4:8) using 4cm(1½”) size hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete, watering, curing, centering & shuttering for covering columns, scaffolding etc, complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 0’-6” thick including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with sundries, T&P required for the work etc, complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete M-20 using 12mm size hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete, watering, curing, centering & shuttering for covering columns, scaffolding etc, complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 0’-6” thick including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with sundries, T&P required for the work etc, complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C work of M-20 Grade having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200kg/sqcm in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS516 using 20mm down graded size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips as per the design mix of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compaction by using vibrators, watering, curing for 28days, centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of MS Rod or tor steel and binding wires & labour charges for bending binding and tying the grills etc. as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Cutting, straightening coiled or bent up M.S. Rod or tor steel including bending, binding, welding and joining if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. Work and for providing fan hooks as required, hoisting, lowering, laying including cost, conveyances, taxes of M.S. Rod or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour required for the work for bending, binding and tying the grills in all floors (payment will be made on standard weight of B.I.S. for M.S. Rods or tor steel only) etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying of G.I. Chain Link 100mm x 100mm x 11 gauge including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials with labour, T&P required for the work complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for fixing of G.I. Chain link fencing and post by means of staples and staining hooks by means for tying with G.I wire and including cost of staples, hooks and tying wires.

Supplying, fitting & fixing in all floors of M.S. Flat grills made out of M.S Square bar/ flat as per approved drawing and design including priming with red oxide primer making holes in walls and R.C.C structure, wood work etc., and making good to the damages to walls with cement concrete (1:2:4) with hard crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm to 20mm size (20mm size not to exceed 25%) of approved quality with cost of all materials, labour, cost of welding, all T&P, sundries etc. complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the EI.C. (Screws & other hardware required materials to be used in the work shall be of approved quality & specification & shall have to be supplied by the contractor at his own cost.)

Fly Ash Brick masonry using Fly Ash Bricks (25cmX12cmX8cm) having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/sqcm with dimensional tolerance +2% in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in FOUNDATION, PLINTH AND BASEMENT and for ornamental flower beds, plinth molding and similar such type of works with all necessary projections, cutting, circular molding, corbelling, watering, curing etc. including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 16mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) in all floors finished smooth to inside rough surface of brick walls after racking out joints, scrapping & cleaning the surface & finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden float only to proper plumbs & level and making necessary grooves, beads & drip course to give required ornamental finish as per drawing, watering, curing, scaffolding, screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.
