M&L for taking down decrepit existing unserviceable cement plaster loose/unsound debilitate cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing external/Internal surfaces of RCC/slab/beam/columns/RCC fascias etc. average profundity 10 mm, height up to 8 mtr. from existing ground level with power driven of pneumatic chisel and disposal of unserviceable material i.e Debris and Rubbish outside MOD land at places specified by local bodies including cutting of all edges, making square shoulders of the cavities roughening the smooth surfaces, abrade out/expel corrosion all loose/scale/rust etc from the observed reinforcement by applying rust remover and cleaning the steel reinforcement properly, and after that applying single component cementations on observed reinforcement surfaces to create a continuous film not less than 400 micron thick and preparing the surface to get epoxy grout mortar including providing necessary proportions, bracing and runners to relieve the members from the load coming on it including with working as required and as per design and pattern including preparing the surface to coordinate with the existing surface using alkaline based rust remover for corroded steel structure and concrete remover cleaning etching agent Chemical of cementitious corrosion inhibiting using primer mucis protezione ferro mono and anti corrosive primer exposed steel and concrete surface Chemical complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M&L for applying 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) using single component thixopropic fibre reinforced polymer modified repair mortar of achieve compressive strength of 15N/mm2 in 1 Day, 25 N/mm2 in 3 Days, adhesion bond strength of > 2N/mm2 finishing the suface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of hygienic coating on new,old plaster surface inner,outer walls & floors/bottoms using solvent free epoxy resin based protective coating and high performance epoxy elastomeric water proofing membrane coating . Chemical Lining & potable water retaining structures having 100% solid contents, approved by CFTRI (USFDA-175.300) and complies etc ASTMD 2370, etc non-toxic cured film meets requirements as per IS 9883: 1981. Coating to be applied after proper surface preparation to expel loose dust, dirt etc. cleaning, blended using slow speed electric drill and application of two coats at 200 microns DFT complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.
