A-Repairing/Reconditioning of 6531 KVATransformers of 3-phase

Dismantling of complete tranformer , cleaning of all healthy parts including coils, 1 Lamination (in assembly), tank, insulating sleeve etc. Reassembling of core & winding, reassembling of complete transformer by taking dried core, making terminal connection, filling oil filteration & complete testing as per CLW specification No. CLW/ES/3/0456 Alt 'E' or latest.

Drying of core & coil in oven 3057465.9

Replacement of all winding coils, insulation & support battens of all limbs including core to coil insulation and support battens of thius limb. (after taking credit for salvage value of scrap copper and metal part of bushings)

Replacement of all gaskets.

Replacement of all hardware items.

Replacement of Transformer oil confirming to to IES-60296 and CLW Spec no. CLW/ES/3/0172 (Latest and RDSO requirement)

Provision of Transformer data Analyser

Painting externally with one coat of Zinc Chromatic primer & two coats of finished paints

Transportation (To & Fro), Total KM qty will be as per actual travelled KM during the execution of work. (Deployed vehicle shall be of capicity to carry out single transformer weighing 10 MT ± 3%).
