Dismantling posts or struts (wood, RCC or steel) embedded in cement concrete, brick work, masonary etc. any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground with earth as directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing or gates, flat iron fillets, angle iron, swan neck including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over as in stiffner to chain link fencing cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes(or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum in hard/dense soil, getting out, returning, filling in, watering and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC coated chain link fencing MS galvanised, min size 75 x 75 mm mess or cases with 3.5 mm dia mild steel galvanised wire lapped straightning and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tyring at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured).

S&F in repair 600 mm dia galvanised iron (GI) concertina coil fabricated with 2.5 mm dia pre-galvanised (260 GSM as per IS 277) coil core and 0.5 mm thick blades galvanised as per IS 4826. The coil shall have a minimum tensile strength of 1300 N/mm2 Blade profile shall confirm to ASTM F 1379 BTO-22, with a blade length of 22 mm and 35 mm center to center distance between blades. Each coil shall have minimum of 56 loops, secured with a minimum of three GI clips per loop complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in saucer drain, bed blocks coping and the like slightly rounded or chamfered angles, depth of saucer drain upto 45 cm, thickness minimum 50 mm and width of drain min 25-30 cm all as required at site to ease flow of rain water and flow of water from damping ground area to the nearest area including necessary earthwork, form work and demolition of old concrete surface/ road surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc. conforming to Fe-410W Gde- E-250 quality A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel in plates (plain or chequered ) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe-410W Gde- E-250 quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for aluminium composite panel of 4 mm thick with combination of aluminium skin material of 0.25 mm thick (coloured sheet as approved) aluminium sheet of alloy grade 1100 H cover material coated on external side with PVDF coating containing 17 % resin for anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties and the centre core shall be with natural polythelene (LDPE or HDPE) bonded to the aluminium skin on both sides. Claddin panel to be fixed with extruded aluminium basic frame 50 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 mm with angle cleats including weather sealants, rivets, GI brackets all as approved using suitable bolts on wall including necessary accessories complete all as per manufacturer instructions and all as directed at site. M&L for renewing in patches area not exc. 5 Sqm including removing and cleaning of old tiles preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted floor surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth by filling of cracks/holes with crack seal and applying two coats of floor paint Indigo or equivalent with spray machine complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls including cornices, filling of cracks, holes, removing of vegetation growth, moss, algae and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall, chajja, facia, roof projections, cornices etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) 100 mm thick as in Hardstanding/ Pathway or similar works finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm stone graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including forming construction (dummy) joints 6 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filled with filler at an interval not exceeding 3 metre and at change of direction and necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drains or channels 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated plastered surfaces or concrete surface exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulder gauge n.exc. 63 mm deposited, spread & levelled in layers n.exc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of old surfaces of wall/ceiling/chajja and applying one coats of exterior emulsion paint, white or tinted including filling of cracks and holes with white cement complete all as specified and directed.

Chipping off existing loose, damaged concrete from RCC members of all affected RCC Columns, beams, slabs and chajjas on external and internal facades etc beyond main r/f.(if required in the opinion of the consultant), carefully with chisel and hammer including relieving structural members such as column, beam and slabs of their superimposed load partially or fully by provision of adjustable steel props, frames etc. Providing and applying "Rusticide SS' Rust passivator or equivalent as specified in the Brand names to existing r/f bars including wire brushing of r/f, cleaning, washing of concrete etc complete as directed. Providing and applying two coats of rust preventor slurry made out of "Polyalk Fixoprime" or equivalent as specified in the brand names and cement in proportion 1:1.5 to exising r/f bars as directed complete.
