Material and labour for 20 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), including dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade on Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface including preparing the surface smooth by scrapping, sand papering including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Supply and applying High performance hybrid polyurea elastomeric water proofing coating cold applied of spray/brush applied Smartcare Ultron liquid membrane with an elongation of 600% and tensile of 12.6 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm as per ASTM C1305 standard , shore A hardness of min. 75 as per ASTM D 2240. The system includes final base preopration, epoxy primer application and applying SmartCare Ultron or approved equivalent in two coats at 1.5 Kg per Sqm etc, complete as per Manufacturer specifications.

Two or more coats Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification on old work including preparation the surface smooth by scrapping, sand papering including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting One or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on old work.

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Material and labour 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes 25 mm nominal outer dia Pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve 25 mm nominal bore with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end).

Providing and fixing White Vitreous China Wash basin with Padestal size 630x450 mm with a pair of 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps with C.I. brackets, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, rigid waste pipe including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require.

Providing and fixing Rigid PVC Single socketed pipes 75mm diameter conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling,C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per the directions.

Providing and fixing glazing with float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the directions.

Filling the gap Upto 5mm depth and 5 mm width in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per direction of Engineer-in-charge complete.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar for thickness of tiles above 25 mm and up to 40 mm including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles 450x300 mm size conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours,as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
