Dismentalling of PCC work manually / mechanically and stacking of serviceable material upto 50 m

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5M in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5M including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead of 1M from edge of cutting.

Providing/Laying Stone soling Nallah hand packed on level in foundation trenches/Roomes excluding carriages of Stones.

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix ratio M10 using 20 mm nominal size agg excluding cost of shuttering i/c curing( all works upto lintel level) with 20% plum

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Providing 6 mm plaster in 1:3 mix ratio( 1cement:3 fine sand)

Reinforcement available from site obtained vide item 1

Providing and fixing of structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plates, incl. cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. All complete job

G.I. chain link fabric fencing available at site obtained vide item 1

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 2.5'*2.5' using GI wire of 3mm dia including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and paint. All complete job
