Maintenance work for Type A and Type B residential buildings under the pooled housing scheme in Mainpur district during the financial year 2026-27

Class-150 (Non Modular) brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Provinding and fixing fly proof wire gauze to windows,Clerestory wondows & doors with M.S flat 15x3 mm and nuts & bolts complete. Stainless steel (grade 304) wire gauze of 0.5 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture in both sides.

Supply of M.S. Steel 18 gauge (1.25mm) pressed steel door chaukhat including S/F of iron hinges of 100x3 mm I.S.I. Mark with drilling holes for L-drop and pipes 15x12mm cleats for tower bolt and 40x6 mm hold fast 230mm long including supply of all materials labour T&P carriage upto site required for proper completion of work as per direction of E/IC.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes.110 mm diameter.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick plywood lining with but jointing and nails (Frame work and cover fillets to be measured and paid for separately)

12mm Cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone of size 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with floating coat of neat cement (25mm thick floor)

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor without lean concrete of 600x 600mm sizes (thickness 10mm), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in desired colours and shades, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, including grouting of joints.

Painting two coat over priming coat (but excluding cost of priming coat) on steel and other metal surfaces upto 10cm width or girth or small articles not exceeding 0.10 Sq.M. in area with superior synthetic enamel such as Luxol 3, Hi gloss Apcolite, Superlac, Dulux specified brushing to give and even shade and including the cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and scrapping including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work.

Finishing walls with Putty approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undacorated wall surface to give even shade over including curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
