COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE TO SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AT UMRAO VIHAR UNDER THE AOR OF GE DEOLALI

Cleaning/desludging of raw sewage collection sump of capacity 110 Cum including screening chamber by closing main incoming manhole and pumping out raw sewage to nearest drain by using portable non clog pump set, cleaning of raw sewage sump manually or mechanically using special T&P such as movable sewage cleaning tanker scrapping inside wall and bottom by steel wire brush to remove raw material and transport it outside the STP complex for disposal thereafter, cleaning/washing of interior surafce of underground sump using high grade bleaching powder and lime mixed water complete and writing letters with white paint (date of cleaning and capacity) on black painted surface with synthetic enemel paint. Clear away all vegitation,sapling undergrowth roots etc and trees not exc 30 cm grith up to 5m arround the peripheri of the tank/structure from external wall surface and removing rubbish not exc 50 m. all as specified and directed

Draining out water from Fab- I & II of 69.12 cum capacity each - 02 Nos manually or mechanically taking out existing FAB MEDIA and stacking it carefully at STP complex. Cleaning/desludging of beds by means of scrapping inside wall and bottom by steel wire brush to remove raw material and transport it outside the STP complex for disposal thereafter, cleaning/washing of interior surafce of sump using high grade bleaching powder and lime mixed water including the following :-

(i) Cleaning of filter pipe including replacement of filters (ii) Cleaning/testing of compressor air pipe system and carrying out repairs whenever required (iii) Washing properly and carefully stacked FAB MEDIA by using fresh water and lime bleaching water and refilling the FAB MEDIA into the beds if any damaged media found and it should be away from the site all as specified and directed.

Dewatering the water/sludge tanks/chamber/beds manually or mechanically using special T&P such as movable sewage cleaning tanker scrapping inside wall and bottom by steel wire brush to remove raw material and transport it outside the STP complex for disposal thereafter, cleaning/washing of interior surface of tanks/chamber/beds using high grade bleaching powder and lime mixed water complete and writing letters with white paint (date of cleaning and capacity) on black painted surface with synthetic enamel paint. (d) Chlorine Contact Tank of 21 cum capacity

(e) Treated Water Tank of 108 cum capacity

(f) Sludge Drying Bed of 27.5 cum capacity

Taking up and down raw/sewage submersible pump set 5 HP capacity Make : EBARA alongwith connected pipes, cable etc for cleaning of blockage, servicing of pump and checking of all other parts for its servicebility and refixing in its original position all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for replacement of submersible cable round/flat of 3 core 4 Sqmm with multistanded copper conductor.

M&L for repairs to submersible pump set of 5HP capacity make : EBARA including replacement of burnt winding with appropriate gauge and other parts such as oil seal etc and testing after completion.

M&L for Servicing of Compressor/Air Blower unit Make : Everest along with replacement of recommended spares such as per manufacturers instruction/kit and replacement of compressor oil, air filter, oil filter, etc and testing complete as specifed and directed Model : EB6HPM

Dismanting the motor of 15 HP capacity of Compressor/Air Blower unit Make : Everest taking out the burnt out winding completely M&L for rewinding with super enamalled copper wire of appropriate guage and number of turns etc. Complete heat varnishing and other spares as required such as DE And NDE bearings necessary machinery work of shaft, oil seal etc.

Dismanting of monoblock pumpset 10 HP of make : Kirloskar Model : KDS-1040 taking to local workshop for carrying out necessary repair works such as repairs to pump shaft metal fitting, machining work, bush replacement, bearing No 6306-01 No and 6207 - 01 No (as per exisring size) cleaning of impeller, impeller housing etc replacement of love joy coupling with coupling gasket and key, gland packing complete and installation of pumps on the existing location, testing for its operation

M&L for dismanting the motor 10 HP capacity coupled with KDS- 1040 + pumping set, 3 phase 415 volts 50 HZ by taking out the burnt out winding completely M&L for rewinding with super enamalled copper wire of appropriate guage and number of turns etc. Complete heat varnishing and other spares as required such as DE And NDE bearings necessary machinery work of shaft, oil seal etc.

M&L for dismanting the squirrel cage induction motor of 2 HP capacity of Make : ABB by taking out the burnt out winding completely M&L for rewinding with super enamalled copper wire of appropriate guage and number of turns etc. Complete heat varnishing and other spares as required such as DE And NDE bearings necessary machinery work of shaft, oil seal etc.

Supply only Sodium Hypochlorite solution of 6% strength in sealed container all as specified and directed.

Supply only compressor oil suitable for Everest make compressor Make : Indian oil or equivalent

Supply and fixing in repairs cast iron butterfly valve of existing shape and Model of size as under :-

Supply and fixing in repairs fan belt for compressor of size B-52

Supply and fixing in repairs fan belt for compressor of size B-49

M&L for removing and replacement chain of clarisettler as per existing size and type all as specifed and directed.

Removing and replacement of small and big gear wheel of gear box of clarisettler and servicing of gear box including supply and fixing pully of same size.

M&L for painting surfaces of following items by means of wire brush/emery etc and cleaning and painting with two coats of painting after one coat of red oxide primer using sythetic enameled paint appropriate colour shades all as directed and making directions with arrow all as specified and directed :-

(a) Pressure filters (02 Nos) with all accessories at STP such as valves, wheels, pipe in out foundation etc

(b) Pressure filter pumps (02 Nos) with accessories and open pipe etc

(c) Air Blowers (02 Nos) with accessories and open pipes etc

(d) Clear waterpumps (02 Nos) with accessories in and outlet open pipes

(e) Railing and open pipes of raw water collection sump

(f) Staircase, railing and open pipes of FAB-I, FAB-II, clarisettler and dozing pump

(g) Staircase, railing and open pipes of treated water sump

M&L for change of following filter media pressure type in the sand filter and activated carbon filter including opening and reassembling carefully all as specifed and directed :-

(a) Pebbles 25-40 mm

(b) Pebbles 12-25 mm

(c) Pebbles 6-12 mm

(d) Pebbles 2-6 mm

(e) Activated carbon

(f) Quartz sand

Excavation in trenches not exc.1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m depth for taking out and laying of water pipe line and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as directed in soil.

Removing of excavated material (soil) upto a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection from excavated trenches or in walls or in floor etc 25 mm bore complete

Supply only stable bleaching powder in sealed 25 kg polythene bags Grade-I all as per IS-1065 all as specified & directed Make : India Chemicals or Equivalent

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.3 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm size by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover and MS frame etc., complete all as specified.(set of two) NOTE: The unit rate includes earth strip and protection pipe upto (maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate) earth point/test point.

S&F of MCCB 3 Pole, 415V, adjustable type 200 Amps capacity with breaking capacity 36 KA.

Note: Amount of sch of credit of Rs19,760.00/-will be deducted from total amount of BOQ.
