Providing and applying tackcoat on the prepared surface, heating bitumen in boiler and spraying the bitumen with sprayset fitted on bitumen boiler - on black topped surface bitumen @ 5kg/10sqm

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant of capacity not less than 40 - 60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 507.7 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, to achieve the desired compaction. - using grade II metal and bitumen 60/70 grade

Providing, laying and rolling of built-up spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a two layer composite construction of compacted crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer to serve as a base conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified the compacted layer thickness being 75mm. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with HMP of capacity not less than 40 to 60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 509 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, complete in all respects - Using grade-II material.-Bitumen 60/70

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - 1:3:6 or richer mix.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision - by plant mix method - for grading II material

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with smooth 3 wheeled steel roller to achieve the desired density (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and fixing of retro - reflectorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of aluminium sheet encapsulated lens with high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm X 75 mm X 6 mm ( 3.5 mtrs height - 6.8kg/mtr = 23.8kg , with board support angle 35x35x6mm-2.30 mtrs - 3kg/mtr = 6.9kg and anchor flat - 0.5kg)firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 Grade cement concrete 45 cm X 45 cm X 60 cm , 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing. - 60 cm equilateral triangle . (including cost of angle iron towards cost of drilling holes , nuts , bolts etc.,)

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of aluminium sheet encapsulated lens reflective sheet (diamond grade) with high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2mm thick with area exceeding 0.9sqm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 X 75 X 6mm , (3.5 mtrs height x2 mtrs) = 7mtrs x 6.8kg/mtr =47.60kg, with board support angle 35x35x6mm 3mtrs-3.5kg/mtr = 10.50kg with anchor flats -0.50kg)2 nos firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45X45X60 cm, 60cm below ground level.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Demolishing R.C.C. work, including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Demolishing brick work, manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - In cement mortar.

Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for foundations, footings , bases for columns.- Using steel sheet with M.S.frames

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete - Thermo - Mechanically treated bars (TISCON / VIZAG / IISCO /SAIL / JSW) including placing the M30 grade Athees make cover block @ 60cm centre to centre

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

White washing with lime to give on even shade - New work (three or more coats).

Plain cement concrete m-15 mix with stone aggregates 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.50 metres below ground level and/or 1.50 metres above ground/bed level.

Laying reinforced cement concrete pipes NP-3 for culverts including pointing ends and fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 -900mm dia.

Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces.
