DEMOLITION

Taking down submain wiring any type and any size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully ceiling fan, geyser, exhaust fan, wall mounted fans, electric meter etc. of any make and type from ceiling/ wall and depositing it to MES yard complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down DB/ TPN (including MCCB/ MCB), main switch of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unservicable LT XLPE cable any size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unservicable RCC LT pole including light fittings, GI clamps and looping box any size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing including light fittings and fixtures of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down CI/ DI pipe including fittings and fixtures of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition/ dismantling of valve pit chamber of any size complete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Material and labour for point wiring complete with two run of 4 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor Flame Retardant Low Smoke and Halogen (FRLSH) PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS-694 drawn through non metallic rigid PVC heavy duty conduit in concealed (min 20mm dia (external) but shall be increased as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause No. 19.125 of SSR Part-I), ISI marked with wall thickness not less than 1.8mm including conduit accessories like bends, tees, junction boxes etc. fixed concealed/ recessed in wall or ceiling etc., for phase and neutral, and one 4 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor for earth contunity conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix RCCB, 2 pole SPN, as per IS 12640-1, IEC 61008-1 with rated sensitivity of 32A, 30mA for protection against earth leakage current for domestic use to fix in MCB DB complete along with necessary accesories including connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix energy efficient 10 Watts B-22 bore LED lamp working at 230 Volts 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made and tested (design verified as per IS/ IEC-61439-1&2 by CPRI approved manufacturers) LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) indoor type, platform mounted, including suitable angle iron (4 Nos leg) for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, all as specified and directed, having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bars 300 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made of 2.00 mm CRCA sheet 75mm x 30 mm thick MS channel frame, duly powder coated finish, thimbling and cable entry boxes with cable gland including painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, front and back side opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement, danger plate and earthing terminal and suitable PCC work complete all as specified and directed. The scope of work includes provision of the following:- Incoming:- (a) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps, 36 KA, 415V - 01 No (b) Bus bar (copper strip) 200 Amp - 4 Nos (c) Digital panel meter (Amp Voltage meter) including CTs - 01 No (d) Digital indication lamp set - 01 Set (e) Slot for electronic energy meter - 14 Nos Outgoing:- (i) MCB TPN 63 Amp 415 V 50 Hz-14 Nos Note:- Contractor shall submit LT panel drawing for approval of GE before procurement.

Supply and fix LED light fitting with high output diffuser 2 feet, 10 Watt, 220 V AC decorative type with driver and LED lamp 5700K Rated CCT energy efficient with lumen efficiency corresponding to five star BEE rating published for year of installation, pf 0.8, colour rendering index not less than 70%, IP20 complete with all accessories internally pre-wired including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable tray perforated aluminium pre-galvanised fixing, passing through vertical wall, chiseling, cutting on vertical/ horizontal wall including making good of disturbed surface complete all as specified and dircected.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply and fixing sink cock with swivel casted spout (wall mounted) for 15 mm dia bore of pipe, fancy type, chrominum plated, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix two way bib cock, 15 mm dia (ISI marked), fancy type, chromium plated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix brass CP mixer (centre hole basin mixer) for mixing hot and cold water screwed down for 15 mm dia iron pipe and fixed including fitttings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix brass CP wall mixer with provision of overhead shower with 115mm long bend pipe for 15 mm dia iron pipe and fixed including fitttings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix health faucet (ABS body) mild steel chromium plated, suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix brass chromium plated 3 flow overhead shower roses with swivel joints, including fixing to steel pipe or union complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix forged brass pressure reducing valve screwed in bonnet spring loaded capable of handling maximum inlet pressure of 3.0 kg/cm2 and capable to deliver outlet pressure 0.5 to 1.5 kg/cm2 for diameter of pipe 40 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

AREA DRAINAGE

Supply and fix Steel Fibre Reinforced Concrete (SFRC) cover (Heavy duty HD-20 grade designation) with internal dimension not less than 300 mm conforming to IS-12592, total weight of cover not less than 182 kg and fixed in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and and directed.

ROAD/ PATH/ HARDSTANDING

Material and labour for polythene film, black, 400 micron laid in floors as per IS-2508, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and painting 2.5 mm thick road marking strip (retro reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surace including all cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning of road surface of dirt, seals, ils, grease and foreign material etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ABS dual directional UV protection reflective panels/ road studs/ cat eyes made of plastic body of size 90x110x17mm fixed to the surface with epoxy adhesive as per manufacturer's instruction of specified make or equivalent, Amber, Red or white in colour complete all as specified and directed. Make - 3M 290 series or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix high intensity prismatic dual directional powder coated delineator having 100mm dia HIP sheet reflector (red/yellow/white) held in strong ABS body mounted over CRC steel tube 47mm dia of 16 gauge sheet support of total height 600mm having flared/welded foot for firm grip to base, HIP reflector and ABS body shall be protected in a welded mesh cage, all steel parts shall be stove enamelled and powder coated and delineator need to be fixed to ground in 200 x 200 x 200 mm concrete block below ground complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fix pole junction box sheet moulded compound (SMC) type with hinged door and locking arrangement of size 300x200x105 mm (internal) comprising one no. MCB single pole of capacity 6 Amps 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for boring of size 80 mm for road crossing in any kind of soil/ rock strata complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for boring of size 100 mm for road crossing in any kind of soil/ rock strata complete all as specified and directed.

Suppyling, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made outdoor type LT cubical panel board of size not less than 100cmx100cmx65cm suitable for operation on 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire 50Hz supply system inlcluding bus bar chamber in centre (vertically) and cable alley either side, outer shell shall be made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated siemens gray shade and completely weather, vermin and dust proof, adequate air ventilation at sides and back, outer door shall be provided with double door fixed with hinges and locking arrangements etc. suitable to accomodate the following mentioned fittings and inner shell shall be made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated and compartmentalized for each control gear including front openable single door with half knob type locking, inlcuding provision for taking out incoming and outgoing cables duly marked with reveted letter plated of appropriate size for each feeder/ block cable, danger board, detachable plate at bottom for cable entry etc. including double compression type cable gland with bottom frame made out of angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 5mm and 600mm long 4 legs duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate blocks of size 30cm x 30cm x 60cm and 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 floor over and including 100mm thick sub base of brick hardcore extended 100mm on all sides below panel body complete all as specified and directed with and including following accesories:-

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing 100 mm (4") bore centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pressure pipe with spigot and socketed ends class K-9, conforming to IS: 8329/ 2000 blast furnace slag cement with portland cement properties suitable for rubber gasket jointing/ tyton joints with inside cement mortar lining and black bitumen external coating, duly ISI marked and laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) DI fittings shall be measured and paid separately under respective items (ii) Excavation / earthwork shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule for excavation

Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing 150 mm (6") bore centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pressure pipe with spigot and socketed ends class K-9, conforming to IS: 8329/ 2000 blast furnace slag cement with portland cement properties suitable for rubber gasket jointing/ tyton joints with inside cement mortar lining and black bitumen external coating, duly ISI marked and laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) DI fittings shall be measured and paid separately under respective items (ii) Excavation / earthwork shall be be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule for excavation

Material and labour for ductile iron fittings/ specials for spigot and socket pipes such as bends (any radius and any angle), tapers any type, straight, bend increasing, decreasing or double socketed etc. tee pieces, single branch, junction, double branch, cross, all sockets and spigot and socket caps, collars and plug upto 150 mm dia bore DI pipe including cement motor lining inside complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix gun-metal, globe or gate valves (ISI marked), 80 mm dia bore with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of internal size 90cm x 90cm x 90cm including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/ loose soil, brick work, plastering, white wash, PCC coping, MS frame made out of angle iron of size 100mmx100mmx6mm, MS sheet cover of 3 mm thick fixed to angle iron frame by means of hinges welded to frame and painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces and grouting the frame in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including handle and locking arrangement with one number 50 mm dia brass pad lock complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Brick wall shall be 23 cm thick built in cement mortar (1:4) (ii) Internal plaster shall be 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and external plaster upto 450 mm from top shall be 20 mm thick in CM (1:6) and remaining external surface shall be flush pointing in CM (1:6) as the work proceeds (iii) PCC in foundation shall be 15 cm thick in cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate extended 15 cm all around from the external face of the walls (iv) PCC coping shall be 15 cm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including grouting of angle iron frame in PCC (v) Three coats of white wash to internal surfaces of valve pit shall be provided (vi) Depth of valve pit shall be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of internal size 45cm x 45cm x 45cm including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/ loose soil, brick work, plastering, white wash, PCC coping, MS frame made out of angle iron of size 50mmx50mmx6mm, MS sheet cover of 3 mm thick fixed to angle iron frame by means of hinges welded to frame and painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces and grouting the frame in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including handle and locking arrangement with one number 50 mm dia brass pad lock complete all as specified and directed. Supplying, installation, commissioning and testing of centrifugal pump set BEE 5 Star rating, electic motor driven, not less than 7.43 LPS at 65 metre head in load, suitable for pumping raw water, complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following specifications:- (i) Pump, centrifugal, horizontal, split type not less than 7.43 LPS discharge, at 65 metre head, 1440 RPM having bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft single stage directly coupled with electric motor through flexible copling (ii) Squirrel cage indication motor, TEFC, 3 phase 415 + 10 volts, 50 C/S AC supply 1440 RPM, not less then 12.5 HP directly coupled to centrifugal pump (iii) Common base foundation of ISMC - 100 suitable for installation of above pump set duly drilled holes and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer (iv) Above ISMC foundation shall be grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate, 30 cm above GL and 15 cm below GL and as per size of common base foundation/ standard Engg practice or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (v) Boudrons type pressure gauge 3" dia dial type Make :- Kirloskar Brothers Ltd / Beacon / KSB / Jyoti Note:- Sluice valve and reflux valve, DI pipe and fittings etc. required for suction and delivery and common header etc. shall be measured and paid separately in respective items.

Supply and fix copper conductor cable 3 core of size 10 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cast iron foot valve for 100 mm bore pipe, lift flanged type as per IS-4038 complete all as specified and directed.

Suppy, installation, testing, commissioning, putting into operation and final testing of Machine Room less with Gear less technology Automatic Lift of 8 passengers capacity (544 kg) complete in the shaft well and pit constructed including automatic rescue device (ARD), all standard equipments, accessories and control equipments as per manufacturer design, conforming to NBC/ local by laws and fulfilling the following requirements complete all as specified and directed:

(xix) Intercom system: Battery operated Intercom system in lift car, and ground floor/ control room (xx) Emergency alarm: Battery operated alarm bell system in lift car and control room/ ground floor (xxi) All car panel buttons and all floor switches must be with brail language as per lift act. (xxii) Audio visual indication in the lift car showing overloading shall be provided such that doors are kept open till excess load removed. (xxiii) Spring buffer/hydraulic buffers shall be provided. (xxiv) Mechanical over speed governor, door key holes in the floor doors shall be provided. (xxv) Lift machine hoisting arrangement in the lift shaft and monkey ladder for lift pit should be provided by the lift agency, along with the other steel structure works, foundations for the machines etc. (xxvi) In the hoist way fascia plate shall be provided. (xxvii) Permanent writing in the lift well with proper no. of light point, with fixtures, exhaust fan, plug point and 3 phase 440V power supply shall be made available by the department in the lift shaft, machine room or at desired level (xxviii) Car top safety barricade shall be provided (xxix) ARD (Automatic Rescue Device): Solid state inbuilt automatic rescue device (ARD) for automatic rescue of passengers trapped in the lift car in between floors in the event of power failure. Automatic operation and immediate action in the event of mains failure capable to move the lift to the nearest landing, opens the automatic door of the lift car and floor. Sealed maintenance free battery backup with automatic charging unit and auto changeover device on main failure

Note for item No. 58:- Lift of 8 passenger capacity is to be used as passenger lift and as firemen lift to be effective in fire fighting operation. The firemen lift shall have the following requirements. (i) The firemen's lift may be used by the occupants in normal times. (ii) The firemen's lift shall be provided with a firemen switch. The switch shall be a two position (ON/OFF) switch fixed at the evacuation floor (Normally main entrance floor) for enabling the lift to be put into firemen's mode. The switch shall be situated in a glass fronted box with suitable level and fixed adjacent to the lift at the entrance level. When the switch is on, landing call points shall become inoperative and the lift shall be on car control only or on a priority control device. When the switch is off, the lift will return to normal working. (iii) The firemen's lift shall be provided with an audio and visual signal in car. (iv) The firemen's lift shall have a floor area of minimum 1.43 sqm. It shall have loading capacity of not less than 544kg (8 person lift). (v) The firemen's lift shall be provided with power operated (automatic) doors of minimum 0.8 mtr width. (vi) The speed of firemen's lift shall be 1 m/s or more such that it can reach the top floor from main floor/ firefighter access level within 1 minute incase of building zoned, the firemen's lift shall operate from the lowest served landing to the top most served landing in 1 min. (vii)The words "Firemen lift" shall be conspicuously displayed in fluorecent paint on the lift landing (viii) All other operation requirements of firemen's lift

FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM

Material and labour for 1100 Volts grade 3 core, 6 mm² copper conductor, XLPE armoured cable conforming to IS 7098-1: 1988, having stranded aluminium compact shaped conductors as per CI. 2 of IS 8130: 1984, PVC inner sheath, single armouring of galvanised steel strip/ wire and PVC Type ST-2 outer sheath conforming to IS 5831-1984, icluding necessary clamping/ dressing with cable ties and termination complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PN 1.6 rated air vent valve having brass body, cover, adopter, disc assembly and cap, stainless steel strainer, plastic float and 25 mm screwed threaded ends suitable for maximum operating temperature 100 ˚C installed on all high points in the water piping system to automatically remove the trapped air with necessary accesories complete all as specified and directed.
